The scope of work includes the preparation of complete implementing documents, having detailed description of the activities to be carried out towards the execution pf Rehabilitation project, detailed PERT or CPM chart showing the completion of work in each week, architectural design, structural design, MEP design and detailed drawings of all required services for commencement of works, execution of work & services and handing over the assets after making them habitable in all aspects. The payment schedule shall be as per stage wise completion. The scope is inclusive of topographic survey, subsoil investigation and all ancillary works. The cost of labour, material, tools and plants and machinery required for execution of the whole project as per approved layout plan & detailed design and approved GFC drawings is within the scope of this work. The design proposal must satisfy NBC, KMBR and Local Fire department requirements as amended from time to time. Prior and completed NOC from Fire & Rescue Department, Kerala State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) should be obtained by the contractor. Refer to the complete RFP bid document uploaded.

The scope of the Project shall mean and include: (a) Detailed Design, Construction, Testing & Commissioning including Defects Liability Period for Five (05) Years for Civil Works & Three years (03) for Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Works of the Apartment complex for Rehabilitation of Project Affected People of IURWTS project, Kochi, Kerala on EPC Basis; (b) Set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule C and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule-D. These schedules are included in Part 2 of the tender documents; and (c) Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Contractor in accordance with the provisions of the complete RFP bid document uploaded.
