Replacing the burnt and faulty HV windings with new windings on 3 limbs in the 500KVA , 11 KV/ 440V indoor oil filled copper wound KEL make transformer by rewinding and assembling with new HV coils of superior enamelled copper conductor as per the existing design, untanking, lifting the core and winding assembly, dismantling winding, Tank cleaning , re winding with original grade Copper winding wires, tanking and reassembling the same, brazing, Varnishing, Oven Drying, i/c replacing all the gaskets with new set of gasket ( aprox 10Kg) and Oil seals, Painting with 2 coats of of LT gray metal enamel paint after paper cleaning , factory testing in the presence of BSNL authority, etc complete as reqd. [ Note:-1. Test certificate and warranty certificate for replaced coil for one year shall be submitted ] ( Note-2. Quoted rate shall be the rate after the reduction of scrap copper value for approx 180 Kg of copper) (Note-3. Work shall be started after inspection of BSNL authorities and their clearance.)

Dismantling the Faulty 500 KVA Transformer from the existing installed position after disconnecting from the HT side cabling and LV side bus Trunking including labour charges for loading, unloading, transportation to the factory and after repairs back to site i/c loading, unloading at both ends without making any damage to the transformer and premises, making good the damage etc complete as reqd.
