Installation of existing surface/recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A, tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer) as required. (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Providing and fixing wall mounting cubicle type Sub meter board of approx. size 0.90cm x0.90cm x 0.40cm and made up of 16 gauge M.S sheet and M.S. angle base compartmentalised with sufficient knockouts for incoming and outgoing cables and sensing cables with 4 nos busbars and shall have facility to accommodate following items. (note: The Busbar chamber and meter compartments shall have separate locking facility and view glass. Sealing facility shall be provided for metering and busbar chambers (KSEB portions). The busbar chamber shall be separated by phenolic laminated sheet to separate EB and DG CT sections. The drawing for the sub meterboard shall be finalised after approval from Engineer in charge.The busbars shall be of 125 A capacity and made of Aluminium. The interconnections between CT s and meters shall be done with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and will not be measured extra.
