Supplying Precast RCC cover slabs for Access Chambers as per the following sequence of work:-a) Supplying and fixing structural steel frame work with ISMC 150 channel section to form the outer framework of RCC slab. The sections shall be joined by forming 45 degree mitered continous weld; b) Casting the RCC cover slab with mix 1:1:2 ( 1 Cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with steel fibres of dia less than 0.75 mm and length about 50 mm, mixed @ about 0.3 % of concrete by volume-The cover slab shall be casted on metal sheet / plywood sheet as base formwork; c) Providing reinforcement for cover slab using 12 mm dia Fe 500D-TMT bars @ 75 mm centre to centre both ways , including cutting, welding, fixing in position etc. complete; d) Curing the slab for at least 14 days by immersion curing in water tank. The slab shall be cast in CTO Compound, Ernakulam and it shall be shifted and stacked suitably at secure location within the same compound, decided in consulation with the Engineer in Charge and TE authorities. The rate includes cost of all materials like steel frame work, concrete, reinforcement, all labour charges, form work and hauling, transportation, unloading and laying at site within 10 km of place of casting.. Access chamber cover having size 1 m x 0.50 m x 0.15 mtr ( excluding plastering / finishing)
