Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type Wall/Floor/Pedestal mounted LT energy metering panel suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design fabricated with CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick gland plates i/c powder coating in approved shade having 100 A 4P Aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, suitable to accomodate 6 nos. of 3 phase 4 wire Energy meters (Energy meter shall be provided by KSEBL/Clients ) in separate cubicles with provision for locking and sealing by the KSEB. The Incoming compartment and Busbar chamber shall also have locking and sealing arrangements as per KSEB Standards. The entire meter board shall be weather proof type suitable for outdoor installation and shall have slanting M.S sheet roofs to protect from rain water entry and provision for glanding incoming and outgoing cables, necessary ventilation arrangement, danger notice plate etc. Transperent view glass shall be provided in the door for all meter compartments. The entire panel shall have a common GI earth bar of size 25 x 5 mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud, interconnerction with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable and control wiring with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable, cable gland plates, i/c providing following switch gears .

a) Separate compartment for KSEB meter with provision for fixing 3 Phase energy meter with separate door and sealing facility and see through glass window for meter reading. - 06 Nos

b) Supplying and fixing of 32 Amps TPN SDF suitable with 32/25A HRC fuse(Make: L & T/ Siemens) - 06 Nos

c) Supplying and fixing 3 Nos. 63 A Porcelain Fuse cutout & 63 A neutral link - 6 sets

d) Supplying and fixing 4 Pole RCCB 40A Current sensitivity 100 mA- 6 Nos

e) Complete as above

Supply and fixing wall mounting cubicle type Indoor type Change Over & DG metering panel of approx. face area 500mmLx450mmWx250mmD. and made up of powder coated 16 gauge M. S. sheet. The meter board shall have seperate compartment for Change over switch and multifunction meter with view glass and provisons for terminating EB and DG Incoming and outgoing cables, necessary ventilation arrangement, danger notice plate and suitable for accommodating the following switchgears and accessories, interconnections for sensing/control with suitable size copper conductor wires including mounting arrangement using suitable frame work on wall etc as required.

Dual source LCD Multifuntion meter class 1.0 with RS 485 port - 1No. (Make:- L&T 4040 series or Similar superior make)
