Supply and replacing breather with fresh silica gel for the existing 160 KVA transformer etc complete as required

Cleaning and servicing of 11kV, HT OCB panel comprising of 2 Nos. 400A, 250 MVA Southern Switchgear limited make 11kV Oil Circuit Breaker and 1 No. 400A Oil Switch after disconnecting the supply i/c washing of accumulation of sludge/ deposits in the arc control pit with clean oil, cleaning of accumulation of carbon deposit on contacts, checking of all insulators tightening all connections with bus bar, switches, cables etc, checking for smooth functioning of open/ close operations, cleaning and applying petroleum jelly on fixed contacts, checking functions of space heater and thermostats, replacing the faulty space heater with new one (70W/80W) if required, checking and correcting of trip circuit healthy indication, ON/OFF indications, replacing minor components, de moisturising the HT bus bar chamber with hot air blow, taking I R readings and recording etc complete as required.

Arresting the oil leak through the HT bush of the HT oil switch of the existing 3 panel HTPanel i/c opening the oil swich chamber other accessories after draining out oil, rectification of leak through HT bush, replacing all the required gaskets/ washer, reassembling all accessories back to the panel, re filling transformer oil etc complete as required.

Painting of the 4-pole structure with connected MS channels, angle iron, connecting rods of AB switches, cable protection pipe and other accessories, etc with one coat of superior quality aluminium paint after thoroughly cleaning the surface for removing dust, rust etc, applying zinc chromate primer where ever required, cleaning the insulators, checking/ tightening the overhead connections/ lines on pole structure from metering end to transformer , colour washing of the foundations of 4pole structure, metering kiosk, fensing etc ( if required) with two coats of superior quality water based cement paint of approved colour after complete cleaning of the surface for removing dust, must, old paint etc as required.etc complete as required.

Painting the existing TOD Meter Kiosk i/c complete cleaning, removing dust, dirt, rust etc , applying zinc chromate primer where ever required, followed by one coat of superior quality grey synthetic enamel paint etc compete as required

Complete painting of the angle iron welded mesh fencing around the pole structure i/c MS channel supports, MS weld wire mesh door etc with One coats of epoxy primer followed by two coats of superior quality Aluminium paint after complete cleaning the surface for removing dust, rust etc complete as required

Servicing of 11KV air break switch and the lever mechanism in the existing 11 KV pole structure for smooth operation of open close operations i/c cleaning, greasing the moving contacts, checking connections in the pole structure and switch, testing, etc complete as reqd.

Checking the existing 11 KV HT structure , 2 Nos 11KV/415V, 400 KVA indoor transformers, HT insulators, LAs, DO fuses, HT jumper connections, LT cables i/c cleaning , meggering the same with insulation megger of suitable rating ( 1000V -LT/5000V-HT) , cleaning of all contacts ,applying petroleum jelly , tightening of all HT & LT terminations ,earth connections, measuring the earth resistance , cleaning of 2 Nos 400 KVA transformers etc as complete required. (Note : Testing shall be done in the presence of Engineer in charge or his authorised subordinate and necessary test result should be submitted)

Cleaning the joints of the existing earth stations and reconnecting, replacing corroded nut and bolts with new steel nuts & bolts, washers etc complete as required.

Removing the grass, vegetation roots, bushes, creepers and climbers , debris , cleaning, inside the existing HT structure yard and outside surrounding area , cleaning , filtering, levelling the stone aggregate, etc complete as required.

Supply and replacing of following faulty items in the 11 kV structure i/c dismantling existing faulty accessories after checking, meggering etc as required.

S/L of zero gauge copper conductor on the HT structure from AB switch to transformer i/c dismantling the broken one, tying the new one with HT insulators etc as required

Servicing the following rating Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs) in the main MV Panel , drawing out the ACB, carrying out the standard servicing i/c lubricating the moving parts, correcting the alignment, decarbonising the contacts, checking & adjusting the contacts pressure, checking & correcting the interlocking mechanism , insert the ACB back to the panel, release testing in case the ACB is equipped with protection release etc complete as per the site requirement.

Checking, correcting and testing of pick up time and closing time of IDMT relay ( 2 Nos of over current and 1 No of earth fault relay) by injecting 5 amps current using testing kit i/c checking and correcting connected control wiring in the LT/HT panel, Checking shunt trip circuit, auxiliary switch, trip healthy indication , trip push button etc as required.

Servicing of following Electrical panels including cleaning the inside dust, checking and tightening all the connections such as bus bar, cables, tighten switch terminals, taping, etc I/c removing dust deposit using vacuum cleaner and minor repairs of switches if reqd., etc, replacement of fused indication lamps/defective lamp holders and control fuses, replacement of missing thumb screws etc as reqd.( Note : This work does not involve sevicing of LT ACB)

6A LT Volt Meter Selector Switch ( Type : VSS suitable for measuring voltage between phases & individual phases to neutral with OFF, Make - M/s Salzar , Model 61313 SAB13TDYR or SS make)

Supplying and fixing fire retardant electrically insulated, non skid type with fluted top and plain bottom or top with chequered finish synthetic mat suitable for all voltages not exceeding 11KV (dielectric strength) Confirming to BIS/IS standards, having minimum width of 1000 mm +/- 20 mm .

S/F hand gloves suitable for operation of HT equipment of superior quality etc as required.

Supplying and fixing earth discharge rod with suitable length of flexible copper wire for earthing 11KV DP structures /HT cable etc as reqd.

S/F of 18 W, 4 feet LED batten tube light fitting on the existing ball & socket arrangement / wall / ceiling / inside the existing fluorescent light fitting, making connection, testing, etc as required. (Note: For DG Set room & Sub-Station area only)

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch / socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc as required. (Note: For DG Set room & Sub-Station area only)
