code04 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work.(without using roller) with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code05 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & form work shall be paid separately)Mix 1:4:8( M5) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates)with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code06 - Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 75mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and course sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape and colour with a minimum compressive strength of 281 kg per m2 over 50mm thick sand bed ( average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level, including cost of materials, labour and Usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code07 - Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra) 600 x 300 x 150 mm Kerb Stone with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code08 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building ,Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (Inclding formwork for sub structure CD work and the cost of steel reinforcement shall be paid separately)M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code09 - Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-550 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately) with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code12 - Construction of Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded with desired compaction. with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code13 - Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material by Mechanical Means using Hydraulic excavator with in all lifts and lead with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code14 - Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 t smooth wheeled roller, complete as per clause 310 with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code15 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel. in two layers each of 75mm Thick with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code16 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel. Using Screening Type A (13.2mm agg)with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code17 - Cleaning the existing WBM road surface including removing of binding materials and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and I or compressed air, to receive bituminous treatment including cost of all materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. Clause 501 of MORTH V revision with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code18 - Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code19 - Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates using VG-30 bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40/60 TPH, laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller finishing to required level and grade.type B with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work

code20 - Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. with all lead and lift and as directed by Engineer in Charge of the work
