code1 - Providing, Installation and commissioning of 160 KW solar power grid at, VTU, RO, Kalaburagi. Technical Specifications 1) Solar Module: A) PV modules must be MONOPERC half -cut-mono-perc modules with minimum module capacity 650W pand above approved by BI Sand listed in the ALMM list issued by MNRE from time to time are to be used. The specification for the PV Module are detailed below:B) The PV modules must be PID compliant, salt, mist & ammonia resistant certified and should withstand weather conditions. C) Offered module must have min efficiency of 21%. D) RFID must be inside laminated in the Solar Modules. E)The PV modules with minimium glass thickness of 3.2mm. F) The front glass shall meet the following specification:a) The facing glass must be tempered, PV grade with lowironand high transmission. The transmission shall be greater than 93% b) Thickness shall be minimum of 2mm,Textured to trap more light,The glass shalL have an Anti-reflective coating for the better transmission and light absorption,Tempered glass to meet the external load conditions, Anodized aluminum frames of 35mm or above shall be used which are electrically & chemically compatible with the structural material used for mounting the modules having provision for earthing,UV resistant junction boxes with minimum three numbers of bypass diodes and two numbers of MC4 connectors or equivalent with appropriate length of 4 sq.mm Cu cable shall be provided. IP67 degree of protection shall be used to avoid degradation during Life,Shading correction/ bypass diode for optimizing PV out to be incorporated in each solar module or panel level, The PV modules must qualify (enclose Test Reports/Certificates from IEC/NABL accredited laboratory) as per relevant IEC standard. The Performance of PV Modules at STC conditions must be tested and approved by one of the IEC/NABL Accredited Testing Laboratories.,The modules shall have1500 volts DC rating,The PV modules shall confirm to the following standards.a) IS 14286: Crystalline silicon terrestrial photovoltaic (PV) modules -design, qualification and type approval,IEC 61215 / IEC 61646: c-Si (IEC 61215): Crystalline silicon terrestrial photovoltaic (PV) modules - Design qualification and type approval Thin Film (IEC 61646): Design, Qualification & Type Approval, IEC 61730-1: Photovoltaic Module safety qualification-Requirements for construction, IEC61730-2: Photo voltaic Module safety qualification-Part2:Requirements for testing, IEC61701: Salt mist corrosion testing of photo voltaic modules.(Rates considred Market) as per direction of Engineer incharge. code6 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm(+ 0.05%) total coated thickness with zinccoating 120g/m2 as per IS:277, in 240m pa steelgrade,5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester to pcoat15-18microns.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during trans portation and should be supplied in single length upto12m or as desired by Engineer- in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm ) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

code5 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers,treads,landings etc.ofstair cases,including use of chequered plate wherever required,all complete including cost of materials,labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

code7 - Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings,including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internalwork-Exposedonwall.
