KSRRB M2700-2. Construction of precast RCC railing of M-30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. KSRRB M2200-9. KSRRB M800-13.Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 803

KSRRB M800 Road markers/Road Stud KSRRB M800-35. Supply and Installation of Moulded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/ NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 mm and height not less than 30 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.

Manufacturing, supply and installation of rectro reflective HAZARD MARKER SIGN BOARD made out of cube corner micro prisematic grade sheeting confirming to type XI standards of IRC -67 2012 and ASTM T 4956- 09 specification and fixed over 4mm thick Aluminium composite panel sheet having minimum 0.3mm thick alumimium skin on both sides and fixed over back support frame of 25 X 25 X 3mm MS angle frame . supported on round pipe post of 1.5m height and grouted 60cm below ground level. design post should be painted with one coat of redoxide paint and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black and firmely fixed to the ground by means of foundation with M20 grade cement, concrete foundation size of 45cm X 45cm X 60cm including cost and convencyance of all materails, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory complection of the work as directed by engineer incharge .

Barge for construction of Bridge of 500 and 150Tonne capacity with two cranes of 80T capacity including hire charges, diesel, oil and lubricant charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by engineer in charge. Design, fabrication, supply erection, commissioning for flat bedded mild steel barge of 500 and 150 tonne capacity. Fabrication of barge with materials, fittings, furnishing equipment and other connected outfits, all the materials fittings, and furnishings shall be new, undamaged first class marine offshore industrial quality. Structural steel used for construction of barge and machinery including possible forging and casting shall be of ship building and marine engineering quality, tested, instructed and certified by engineer in charge of work. All structural steel plates shall be shot blasted and shop primed prior to any fabrication. All welds shall be in accordance with the requirement of both Indian standard codes and marine engineering specifications. Before commissioning of barge at site all works performed at fabrication yard shall be thoroughly tried and tested as per Indian standard and marine engineering codes. Also manufacturing test reports of all engines and machinery carried out before installation, reports of shore trails, river / tank tails shall be approved by Engineer in charge of work. Tests shall involve at least mentioned, but not limited to these test such as, NDT testing of all welded structure, repair or modifications and pressure piping in accordance with specification, X-ray test of all important welded systems, hydro static test of barge, operational test for doors, access hatch, anchor winch, retrieval winch, water tight closer, transits and flaps, operational and load test for diesel generator units, operational tests for fire water, piping system and closing plant. The commissioning and operation of the barge shall be as per Indian standard codes, Marine engineering codes. The barge shall be used for all construction activities, temporary structure installation, machinery and men transportation and all other miscellaneous activities to be carried out in the water spread area of the tank. The flat bedded barge should be design in accordance with installation of hired 80 Tonne Crane on its surface including the area required for other machineries involved in pile foundation construction and substructure activities in the water spread area. The specification involves operation cost such as men, machinery, fuel etc., complete, as per specification and approved drawings with all leads and lifts.
