The bidder should have prior work experience in Operation & Maintenance of Canal with a length of more than 20.00 KMs, 500 Mtr length Aqueduct, and 850 Mts of MS Raising main during the last 10 years. Additionally, they should have minimum 2 years experience in Operation & Maintenance of 220 KV / 11 KV & above sub-station with minimum 15 MVA 220KV/11KV & above power transformers with associated protection system during the last 10 years. The bidder should have completed works not less than 90% of the contract value during the last five years. The bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 2855.00 Lakhs in the last 5 years. Available tender capacity should be more than the total tender value of Rs.7132.00 Lakhs. The assessed available tender capacity is calculated as (A*N*1.5 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts, and provide information on existing commitments, on-going works, and works for which tenders have already been submitted.
