Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregate of granite / trap / basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre-mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed metrials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specification MORTH Specification No. 406 complete And all lead and lift and as directed by engineer in charge work.

KSRB 4-1.2: Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete of Mix 1:3:6 with OPC @ 220 kgs, with 40mm and down graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.892 cum and Fine aggregates @ 0.465 cum machine mixed, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted in foundation including cost of all materials, labour, HOM curing completed as per specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.2 complete And all lead and lift and as directed by engineer in charge work.

KSRRB M2200-6:Providing TMT Bars Fe 500 steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and/or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (Laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour,, HOM complete as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer incharge. MORTH Specification No. 1600 & 2200 complete And all lead and lift and as directed by engineer in charge work.

Box Drain: Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete for side Drains Walls & bottom thickness 10cm using M20 nominal mix concrete with OPC at 300kgs. with 20mm and down size granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69 cum and fine aggregates at 0.43cum machine mixed, well compacted for walls and bottom including centering, shuttering, cost of materials, HOM of machinary curing etc., complete excluding cost of steel as per MORTH specification No. 1500, 1700,2200. including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications and as per the direction of Engineer incharge.complete And all lead and lift and as directed by engineer in charge work.

Cement concrete pavement. Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design ,over a prepared sub base with OPC cement or any other type as per clause 1051.2.2, (design mix M30:at 360 kg per cum coarse aggregate@ 0.69 cum and fine aggregrate @ 0.46cum) with 25mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates and fine aggregates , with super plastisisers @ 3 lts conforming to IS 9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design ,laid in approved fixed side form work (steel, channel ,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polthene film, wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished in a continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, including of groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane, selant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved ,curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per specification. including all lead lead and lift charges and as per the direction of Engineer incharge complete And all lead and lift and as directed by engineer in charge work.

Providing and laying 100mm thick pre-cast cover slabs over drains of width not exceeding 800mm using M20 concrete reinforced with steel @ 6.00kg/sqm, slabs jointed in 1:3 proportion and nicely finished including providing holes in the cover slabs wherever necessary for easy drainage of surface water including of labour,materials,HOM,curing lead and lift charges etc, complete as per MORTH specifications No 1500,1700 . complete And all lead and lift and as directed by engineer in charge work.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35Xk0.60X0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of 0.10X0.10X2.60 mtrs in cement cocrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirrups as shown in the diagram. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor 1:3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of 0.50 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineering charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specification, drawings and directions of the Enginner in charge of the work.And all lead and lift and as directed by engineer incharge.
