5.4 - Providing Size Stone masonry with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

8.19.1 - Providing Flush/ Ruled pointing: Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

2.1.4 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.

11.34.a - Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding

8.8 - Providing 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

8.25 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

8.33.3 - Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 m² over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 m² of approved brand and manufacture including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

1.1.4 - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work

2.1.1 - Formwork for Centering- Foundation, Sub structure of Cross drainages. FOR PCC

2.4.2 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite /trap /basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

2.1.2 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification. Supplying, fitting and placing Mild Steel Reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

1.9 - Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

5.14.4 - Supply and fixing of 4 pole power contactor with NO/NC contacts on existing wood panel board using necessary bolts, nuts, washers and wiring etc., complete with AC-3 Rating and as per IS -13947.-50A

5.15.2 - Supplying and fixing Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) over the existing wood/panel board using necessary screws, bolts, nuts,necessary phase separators,handle and wiring complete.Protection of Overload and Short circuit with adjustable thermal magnetic release,Microprocessor release shall have Earth Fault as perIS/IEC60947-2.(Icu=100%lcs). In 4P MCCB, all Poles should have protection for Short-Cicrcuit/OverLoad. For Microprocessor MCCBS Facility for segregating Priority and Non-Priority loads must be available in the MCCB.MCCB shall beprovided with double insulation (insulation between front cover and internal power circuits to avoid any accidental contact with live current carrying path with the front cover open).Multi-pole breakers shall be designed to break all the poles simultaneously and they shall have a single mechanism - 125 A 25 kA

5.44.4 - Supply and Installation / fixing / provision of outdoor type Thermoplastic moduler panel enclosure with transparent polycarbonate lid, shook proof IP65 ( weather proof ), rust proof, dust proof, water proof, corrosion proof having internally Embedded gasket on boath lid and flap suitble to fix single phase / three phase Energy meter in suitable base plate and having a pravision for fuse /MCB cutout with suitble transprent hinged flap opening for operation MCB along with complete tamper proof SEALING facility-600 mm x 600 mm x 170 mm.

5.48 - Supplying and fixing Microprocesser Based Astronomical timer switch with using necessary bolts, nuts and washers.

1.1.4 - Open conduit system supplying heavy guage PVC conduite pipe 40mm dia 2.5mm thick confirming to IS 2509 with suitalb size bends , junction boxes adhesive paste etc and fixing using inverted wood plugs in case of RCC ceiling and RCc wall / stone structrue or rawl plugs in case of brick wall adn cement plastering the damaged portion using heavy guage saddles at an interval of 700mm using NF screws

12.57 - Supplying fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding of lifts, transformers DG sets etc.using 40mm dia 2.9 mm thick 2.5m long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the earth electrode.The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400x400x400mm with a cast iron cover. The earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150mm all-round with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber.The connection from the electrode is to be established through GI strip using GI bolts and nuts.

6.4.1 - supplying of 1.1 kv , LT UG, cable having alluminium conductor PVC insulted, extruded inner sheated, galvanised , steel strip ( except 2cX 10 sq. mm wire armoured) conferming to IS-3975: 1990(No of strip indicated in GTP) & extruded PVC outer sheathed armoured cable with specified IS-1554 part-1:1998 & conferming to GTP of GROUP-A

6.5.1 - Labour charges for laying of 1.1 KV class UG cable in existing trench GI pipe / stone were pipe/on wall/ on pole as required.

6.6.2 - Digging of trench of 0.6m deep x 0.50 m wide refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc complete as per civil SR KSRB I-2, P-7) insoll ( Hard)

3.1 - Providing M-Sand : Supplying and filling in plinth, foundations / UG cable work with approved M-sand including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing. The rate includes the cost of material, labour charges, required tools and plants etc., complete. Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of Engineer- in-charge of works as per the standard procedure

6.10.1 - supplying and fixing L.T. cast iron pot heads suitbles for 1.1 K.V class UG cable filled with necessry bitumen / insulating compound complete with terminals, clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc.,

12.5 - Cleaning of borewells including yield testing of borewell either using slow or fast rigs for not more than 2 hours at the final depth with a minimum working of 2 hours continuously with air compressor or suitable pump as per specification,including the cost of transportation charges, crew charges, cost of consumables etc. complete

12.6 - Re-drilling of filled-up borewell, including yield test at final depth

13.6.3 - Providing, Single Phase Submersible Pump Sets of 100mm dia (4 inch) suitable for bore well confirming to IS 8034-2000 specifications, to work site with testing of as per instructions of engineer incharge of work and latest amendments 1HP-12STG
