Under bench modular: I consist of Alternative modular with top drawer and bottom cupboard. Bottom Cupboard will have one no. inner horizontal partitions. All the drawer will have locking arrangements. Electrical Arrangements: 4 Nos. 5/15 amps, 3 pin socket cum switches will be provided. The cabinets must be completely welded for better strength & load bearing capacity. The loading partitions will be 18 guage GI construction, welded to the carcass & will have necessary stiffeners. Shutters & Drawer Fronts: The shutters & Drawers will be made out of 18 guage Electro galvanized sheet with epoxy polyester powder coating. The GI sheets (TATA/JSW) will have 120 gsm of Zinc coating and powder coating thickness will be minimum 80-100 microns.The shutters will have half round radius profile in order to avoid sharp edges. Specification of hardware fitting: c) Drawer Slides: Drawer suspension channel shall consists of 2 Section providing a quiet, smooth operation on ball bearing slides. The slides shall be of 1mm thick galvanized iron sheet -de- greased and should undergo 7 tank process powder coating of minimum 75 microns, type (Hettich/ Hafele/ Godrej (or) Equivalent) Telescopic drawer slide with 35 kg weight capacity, to allow smooth and sliding operation. d) Hinges: The hinges will be nickel coated, self closing type with opening angle upto 90 degree, (Hettich /Hafele / Equivalent) fitted to the shutter with stainless steel screws / nuts & bolts special coating for hinges. The hinges will be of CED finish (Cathode Electrode Deposition) for enhanced chemical resistance. c) Roller catch: A two-piece chemically inert nylon roller catch will be provided on all base cupboard doors and will be positioned near the pivoting edge of door provide a clean unobstructed opening. Main body of the catch will be confined with an integral cabinet divider rail, while latching post will be mounted on the hinge side of door. d) Locks: Square type multipurpose locks with 2 sets of keys, will be provided (Godrej / Equivalent) e) Shelf Adjustment clips: Shelf adjustment clips will be nickel- plated steel. d) Door: Handle will be of modern design, recessed type offering a comparable handgrip and be security fastened to doors and drawers with screws. All pulls will be satin finish aluminium with a clear lacquer finish. Two pulls will be required on all drawers over 24” long user of plastic pulls (molded or extruded) or a desing not compatible for usage will not be acceptable.
