GKVK4 - MESH BACK CHAIR FOR OFFICER ROOM: The chair seat shall be made up of 1.2 plus or minus 0.1cm thk. hot pressed plywood OCP-QLTA-PL14-18. The Back shall be made up of injection moulded glass filled nylon and amp, upholstered using Net fabric with high tenacity yarn. Seat size shall be: 47.0 cm. (W) x 51.5 cm. (D) and back size shall be 45.0 cm. (W)x 65.3 cm. (H). The HR polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density 55 plus or minus 2 kg/m3 and hardness 16 plus or minus 2 kgf for 25% compression. The armrests shall have an Up-Down adjustment of 8.5 plus or minus 0.5cm which shall be provided in armrest structure. Armrest Top has an integrated layer of Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). The Lumbar support consists of polypropylene pad with molded polyurethane foam & amp covered with polyester fabric. The Height of Lumbar pad can be adjusted through two projecting knobs provided on the rear side of the pad. Lumbar pad shall have an adjustment of 8.0 plus or minus 0.5 cm in height. With front pivot synchro, with adjustable tilting mechanism shall be designed with the following features. 360 degree revolving type, Single point control. Front-pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground ensuring more comfort, Tilt tension adjustment, 4 position locking with anti-shock feature. Seat/back tilting ratio of 1:2. The pedestal shall be injection moulded in black 30% glass-filled Nylon and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal pitch-center dia shall be 66.1 plus or minus 0.5 cm (76.1 plus or minus 1.0 cm. with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black Nylon. Inclusive of all taxes. GKVK5 - MESH BACK CHAIR ; The chair seat shall be made up of 1.2 plus or minus 0.1cm thick. hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. Seat shall be of size: 470mm W x 480mm D. The back assembly shall be made up of powder coated [DFT 40-60 microns] tubular frame of dia 2.54 (plus or minus 0.03)cm x 0.2(plus or minus 0.16)cm thick MS ERW tube designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The back shall be upholstered using net fabric with high tenacity yarn. Back shall be of size: 465mm W x 605mm H. The HR polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density 45 (plus or minus 2) kg/m3 and hardness load 16 (plus or minus 2) kgf as per IS: 7888 for 25% compression. The one-piece armrests shall be injection moulded from black Co polymer Polypropylene. The centre tilt mechanism shall be designed with features like: 360 degree revolving, 17 (plus or minus 2) degree maximum tilt on pivot at centre, upright locking position and tilt tension adjustment. The below is 3 piece telescopic type and injection moulded in Black Polypropylene. The pedestal shall be injection moulded in black 33% glass-filled Nylon 66 and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castors with castors. The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in Black nylon. Overall size of the chair shall be: 763mm W x 763mm D. Height shall be: 895mm to 1005mm. Seat Height shall be: 433mm to 543mm. MAKE: GODREJ/EQUVIVALENT

GKVK6 - Providing and supplying chair be made up of injection moulded indoor grade Poly Propylene compound SEAT SIZE : 52.5 cm. (W) x 53.2 cm. (D) BACK SIZE : 51.6 cm. (W) x 40.5 cm. (H) The powder coated ( DFT 50 plus or minus 10 microns) welded tubular frame should be made from 0 2.22 plus or minus 0.03 cm x 0.16 plus or minus 0.0128 cm and 3.5 plus or minus 0.03 cm x 1.5 plus or minus 0.03 cm x 0.16 plus or minus 0.0128cm MSERW tube. The shoes should be made of indoor grade Poly Propylene compound and snap fitted with tubular frame. MAKE: NILKAMAL/EQUVIVALENT

GKVK10 - Providing supply and Erection of Centrifugal Blower Direct Centrifugal direct driven by 5HP(LLS Model) 1440 rpm 3ph make motor with all electrical fittings, wiring, conduits and all fixtures.

GKVK11 - Providing and fixing of stainless steel Exhaust hood with all civil work including oil grease filters stainless steel 20 SWG sheet hood with 20/24 SWG sheet grease filters hood size 20’X3’s24” height.

GKVK12 - Providing, supply and Erection of GI Ducting G.I 22/24 SWG Sheet ducting with MSL angles frame flanges.

GKVK13 - Providing Gas line, burners & other all accessories including cost of materials, labour and usage charges of machinery electrical supply fittings complete as per specification.
