ITEM4 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm and down size graded crushed coarse aggregates

ITEM5 - Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thick- ness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

ITEM6 - Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/m2, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

ITEM7 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM8 - Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 5860 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Frame Size 45x85mm

ITEM9 - Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade),calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately) 30 mm thick

ITEM10 - Removing of existing old or broken Water closet Indian / Eurpoean and disposing it with all cost and conveyance labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

ITEM11 - Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.Long pattern WC Pan of Size 580x440mm

ITEM12 - Providing and installing at site of work P.V.C. pipes including cost of pipes and specials and labour, including lowering into trenches, laying true to line, level and perfect linking at joints leak proof including jointing of approved type with all labour charges and all lift charges, handling charges including encasing the pipe around to a depth not less than 15 cms with gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete. PVC PIPES OF 4 Kg./Cm2 75mm(0.651)

ITEM13 - Providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes,having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & barss threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step Cpvc solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall 25mm

ITEM14 - Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : 20 mm nominal bore

ITEM15 - Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 m2 and less in walls, ceilings 10 to 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including cutting the patches in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish with a lead of 50m including curing cost of materials, labour, complete as per specification.
