DSR 2023 - Supplying and fixing M15 grade precast cement concrete Kerb stones 600 x 300 x 150 mm Kerb Stone for Roadway, Sidewalls and gutters fixed with CM 1:3 fixed and finsihed in line as per direction of Engineer in charge. (The cost of PCC shall be paid extra) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Two coat applied @ 0.90L/10 m² over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 L/10 m² of approved brand and manufacture including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

DSR 2023 - Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 g/L and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 L/ 10 m². Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 L/10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Item No. 26 - Digging pits of size 0.45x0.45x0.45m filling 50% of the pit with top soil and remaining 50% of pit with 1:2:3 proportion of sand (0.007) ,FYM(0.014cm) redearth(0.021cm) and and planting of well grown tree saplings (excluding cost of plants) item no.12.3 Page No.48 (a) Normal soil as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item No. 27 - Digging o 1.0mx1.0mx0.45m area and filling 50% of the area with top soil and remaining 50% area with 1:2:3 proportion of sand(0.0375cum), FYM(0.075cum) redearth(0.0112cum) and planting of well grown saplings/plants (excludingcost of plants) item no.12.7 Page No.48 (a) Normal soil as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item No. 28 - Manufacture,Supply and Fixing "Vitreous Enamel" (All weather proof) long lasting porcelain base, ceramic coated (Baked under 800 to 850 temp) cultural notice board made out of 16 gauge thick CRCA mild steel and enamelled blue background and white letters with specified matter in kannada and english logo's, as per your approved text.Provided with Sadarhalli stone frame of size 40" height x 28" width x 2" thickness backside of the board all around and fitted with anti-corrosive stainless steel screws with supporting stand (pillar) of sadarhalli stone of size 10" width x 8" thick x 84" height of 1 no. per board, as shown in the enclosed drawing the stone frame of supporting stand pillar will be fitted with stailess steel nut bolt and washers including fixing at various sited (around 300 kms radius) with C:C 1:2:3 ratio complete. Size : 900 mm height x 600 mm width and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
