Dismantling of RCC foundations, flooring, Masonry and other RCC structures, reinforcement steel etc. and excavation to the required depth, including cost of all required tools, machineries, labour and scaffold wherever necessary, including sorting the dismantled materials, disposal of unserviceable materials to the given site, with all lead lift complete as per directions of site engineer

Removing of existing old or broken Water closet, Indian or European type and disposing it with all cost and conveyance labour for all items of work, HOM of equipments with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Dismantling of plastering and removing and conveying the debris to a distance upto 200m as per directions of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:4, to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, : Providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Dismantling of concrete including weather proof course of slab and removing and conveying the debris to a distance upto 200m complete as per directions of site engineer
