Painting plastered surfaces with TWO or more coats of water based EPOXY POLYURETHANE PAINT of first quality manufactured M/s. CIPY Polyurethane Pvt Ltd. or Equivalent approved make and colours to give a even shade as per Asian or Berger colour bank with a neat finish over a surface prepared by removing all loose particles, dust and protrusions and applying neutralise coat to take care of deliminatations due to alkalinity of substrata by neutralising the cement plastered surface, acrylic putty is applied over the above surface to give smooth backing for the paint over the surface thus prepared water based two component polyurethane primer is applied to obtain a compatible surface for good adhesion of two coats of ultra-high performer ultra violet resistant epoxy polyurethane coat etc., complete at all heights including scaffolding.

Providing and applying water retarding treatment/ silicon coating to the external surfaces of thr size stone masonary wall and cladding to prevent seepage of water throudh walls including scaffolding , washing the surface, curing , etc.. As per specifications and at all lifts. a) preparation of surface and removal of fungus and loose particles, cleaning with brushes and through acid wash, wherever necessary. b) Product Application: Base Coat (Primer): Apply SEAL PRIME PRIMER, a salt efflorescence and dampness-resistant primer, on the pointing area of the structure.The primer should be applied evenly to ensure complete coverage of the surface, offering resistance to salt efflorescence, moisture, and dampness. Top Coat (Water Repellent): After the primer has dried and cured, apply a transparent water-repellent and film-forming nano-emulsion.The nano-emulsion should be sourced from any of the following approved brands: Panache, Fosroc, Dr. Fixit, or any other equivalent brand as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). The water repellent should be applied in a manner that ensures uniform coverage and effective film formation, providing long-lasting protection against water penetration. c)Application Method:Apply both the primer and nano-emulsion using a brush, roller, or spray method, as per the manufacturer's recommendations. Follow the recommended curing times for both the primer and the nano-emulsion for optimal adhesion and performance. d) Quality Control:Ensure that the materials used conform to the manufacturer's specifications and are sourced from authorized suppliers.The final outcome should provide a seamless, durable protective layer, resistant to water, salt efflorescence, and dampness.

Providing and laying self levelling Antistatic Hard Epoxy Flooring (glossy) (ESD flooring) using NITOFLOR SL DISSIPATIVE of approved colour of M/s. FOSROC Chemicals or equivalent by preparing the surface of floor by any mechanical means to obtain the profile of CSP 4 to CSP 6 as per ICRI guidelines followed by vacuum cleaning to receive the flooring and laying the floor having the following specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.(a) Compressive strength shall not be less than 50Mpa at 7days as per BS 6319. (b) Surface resistivity in case of static dissipative type is between 10 to the power of 6 and 10 to the power of 9ohms when measured for surface resistance in accordance with ASTM F150. (The minimum value shall not be less than 10 to the power of 6ohms).(c) Providing a copper tape of 100 micron thickness and 25mm which shall be embedded all around the static dissipative flooring and this copper strip shall be earthed independently or through the special copper earthing provided on wall.(d) The thickness of flooring shall be as per manufacturers specification meeting the above stringent requirement and shall not be less than 2mm. The above flooring material shall be as per the manufacturers specifications satisfying the above properties and specifications and may be from one of the following manufacturers viz., M/s. FOSROC Chemicals (I) Ltd, M/s,Pedilite or equivalent.
