Providing and applying TACK COAT using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification etc., for BITUMINOUS surface at the rate of 0.5 kg per sqm.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 MT per hour using crushed aggregated of specified grading, pre-mixed with bituminous binder at 4 to 4.5 % by weight of the total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H specification Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing, laying & compacting WET MIX MACADAM (WMM) using clean crushed graded aggregates (conforming to table 400 - 11 of MORT & H Specification for roads) and granular material, premixed with water at optimum moisture content in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers (completed thickness not exceeding 150mm) on prepared sub base, rolling with 8 tonnes vibratory roller to desired thickness , camber etc., till the density achieved is at least 98 percent of the maximum dry density of the material determined as per IS: 2720 (Part 8), complete all as per clause 406 of MORT & H specification for road

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 1 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Water bound macadam road

Earthwork in SURFACE EXCAVATION in ALL KINDS OF SOILS not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.50m in width as well as 10sqm on plan wherever necessary and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.50m (disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed) complete as per specifications.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing and laying cement concrete using 40mm nominal size graded hard granite stone aggregate obtained from approved quarry including compaction, finishing top surface to level, curing, cost of formwork, etc.; complete as per specifications. Mix ratio specified is for Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded hard granite stone aggregate. IN FOUNDATION AND PLINTH / SUB-BASE TO FLOORS. PCC 1:4:8 (Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock as per IS: 383))

Providing and constructing Solid Cement Concrete Block masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (Cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 2116) using factory made, load bearing, approved quality cement concrete blocks of specified size, Grade C (4.0), as per IS: 2185 (Part 1), density of blocks not less than 1800kg/cum, minimum average compressive strength of units is 4.0N/mm² at 28 days and minimum strength of individual unit is 3.2N/mm², setting in position, curing, raking out joints wherever required etc., complete all leads and all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge in FOUNDATION AND PLINTH.For 150mm thick walls using (400x150x200)mm size blocks {Using fine aggregate (Crushed stone sand produced by crushed hard stone / rock as per IS: 2116)}

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading & bitumin, mixing stone aggregates and bitumin in hot mix plant of suitable capacity, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver to required thickness, level rolling with 8-10 to capacity vibratory roller for proper compaction as per Clause 509 of MORTH and as per the directions of EIC with 6% VG-30 Bitumen.

Providing and laying light duty Non-pressure NP- 2 Class RCC Hume pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of CM 1:2 (cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 1542) including joint etc, complete. 300mm dia jointed with CM mixture using fine aggregate (Uncrushed sand by natural disintegration of hard stone / rock from streams or glacial sources as per IS: 1542).

Construction of Inspection chamber of internal clear dimensions as mentioned below in 230mm thick brick masonry using first class country brick walls in CM 1:3 (cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 2116) over a bed of 150mm thick 1:2:4 (20mm metal) cement concrete, plastering with CM 1:2 (cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 1542), 12mm thick on internal, external, top surfaces and internal and exposed top surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 for benching, channelling, providing and fixing light single seal CI frame and cover as mentioned below conforming to IS: 1726, CC 1:2:4 for fixing the CI frame and cover, painted with 3-coats of anticorrosive black bitumastic paint, encasing sewers connection to chamber in CC 1:2:4 etc. Complete all as specified and directed. (Ref. Fig. No. CED: PH8.6 of PH Engineering Specification) Note: CC 1:2:4 is (cement : fine aggregate as per IS: 383 : graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size obtained from approved quarry). 600X600X600mm with frame and cover of size 610X450mm weighing not less than 38kg. (Using fine aggregate (Uncrushed sand by natural disintegration of hard stone / rock from streams or glacial sources))

Supplying and fixing Precast concrete saucer drain (English channel) of size 900x300x125mm thick as per manufacture specification using graded hard Granite stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size obtained from approved quarry including mechanical mixing, centring and shuttering, vibration/ compaction, simultaneously finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (cement : fine aggregate) on exposed surfaces and fixing in position with same Cement Mortar 1:3, curing etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC to a proper line level etc., (basic rate of material is Rs.565/Rmt)

Supplying, fabricating and erecting in position steel works in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and painting with two coats synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make and colour/ shade, using bolts, nuts as necessary all as per drawings and specifications at all heights. In channel, Angle, Flats of all thicknesses,Tees and other sections.
