Providing and fixing 50 mm thick prefabricated walkable stainless steel panels for ceiling The panel should have a composite construction of two skins, one side stainless steel 304 grade 0.8 mm thick and other side sheet is PPGI sheet of 0.6 mm thick. And these two sheets are held together with aluminum ‘w’ section of 48mm x 10.2mm for frame work & inner space between two sheets is filled with Puff insulation with density of 40KG per Cubic meter. The panel size should be 1.20Mts x 3.00 Mtrs. The stainless steel surface should be brush / MAT finish with antiglare property. The false ceiling panels are designed in such way that to fit within each other. There shall be minimum joints. If joints are necessary the panels will be jointed each other by using aluminum ‘H ‘ section 29 mm x 42 mm for interlock system. And all panel joints will be sealed by using compressible food grade silicon to ensure air tight vapor tight construction. The false ceiling shall be walkable with provision of service panel. The false ceiling should be fixed to the concrete slab by using 8mm treaded tension bars with adjustable turn buckles, fastener, nuts, bolts etc., complete to the concrete slab. Coving: Providing corner joint coving used to provide smooth and seamless corner coving buffed aluminium extruded profile R75 ‘C’ cap, L section profile, ‘Z’ section profile. The required size cut outs for fixing of lights & also for any other services shall be made. The cost includes the cost of all materials, labour charges for fixing, transportation, lead, lift and etc., complete. The works shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer in charge. ( Note: The panel should be free from scratches & dents)

STAINLESS STEEL DOOR Providing, fabrication and fixing of Stainless steel door with open able shutter of suitable size. The Door frame section of 50mm x 100mm size is made out of 1.2mm thick Stainless steel sheet of 304 grade. The door shutter of 42 - 45 mm thick by using 0.8mm thick stainless sheet of 304 grade for both sides and the surface of the steel should be MAT finish with antiglare property and having composite construction & the space b/w two sheets is filled with Puff insulation with 40 kg/cum density shall be used to ensure air tight & vapour tight construction. Door shall be provided with automatic drop seal at bottom of door, sealed with high quality neoprene sealing gasket in all edges. The doors are provided with vision panel in double toughened glass size 300mm x 300mm,(6mm thick). All accessories including heavy duty SS ball bearing butt door hinges, SS 304 grade handles- 02 sets, heavy duty door closure, SS concealed Tower Bolt, etc are all approved make. The cost includes the cost of all materials, labour charges for fixing, transportation, lead, lift etc., complete. The works shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.
