Making arrangement for Mutations for Plot/land with Khata no. as per requirement and accordingly transfer of record of right from land owners to the Railway.

"Making arrangement for collecting of Revenue details such as khata, Hissa, Type of land, including other necessary details from revenue offices at circle and district level missing revenue details of railway as well as plot/ lands situated in Rly boundary from record office wherever 4 available. Doing field survey and locating actual Railway boundary on ground. Arrangement of vehicles for railway and revenue officials for joint survey and measurement of plot/land. Meeting at different stages as and when required with Gram panchayat & other departments. Obtaining/ Procuring mutation certificates in favour of South Western Railway of all plot with khata number which have been acquired by SWR but not mutated in favour of SWR Note: 1.Field survey & demarcation of land on both side to be done by Total station & DGPS2. One liasioning officer with his team will be deputed for Land Acquisition, Liasioning from Raiyats, State Govt Officials , Forest officials etc.3. One vehicle of 1800 cc or above to be provided for Railways. 4. Payment under this item will be made after mutation & completed possession of plot."
