COMPLETION DRAWING: Preparation and submission of GAD/Completion drawing for the Major bridges/ROBS/RUBs based on soil exploration and water way calculation for fixing suitable span as per RDSO 7 design and drawing in AutoCAD on 100micon film double mat finish as per Railway standard approved by the Engineer-in-charge to specified scales including submission of check print for proof check to incorporate suggested corrections and modifications and supply final copy in compact disk and 6 copies in ammonia print in A0 size with all contractor's materials, labours, tools, plants etc., complete.

(i) Leading and dumping of Railway's stone ballast without rail traffic block from stacks collected on either side of formation in mid section / at yards at top of steep cuttings / side or bottom of high banks as directed; (ii) Spreading the ballast on the formation as per standard section and required cushion with extra width on curves and; (iii) Boxing of ballast to standard sectional profile. All of the above shall be executed with contractor's skilled personnel, tools and plant, vehicles, machinery, fuel, consumables, loading, unloading with all incidental charges and in all kinds of weather conditions and site conditions including crossing of tracks wherever required duly observing all safety precautions and including all ascent, descent, taxes, duties, cess, surcharges, fees etc. completely as per the special conditions / specifications / regulations, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per the note(s) below. NOTES: 1. This item consists of 3 stages of payment as mentioned in the sub-items. The first 3 stages are for a lead of 150 m, the next 3 stages are for a lead between 150 m and 750 m and the last 3 stages are for a lead between 750 m and 5000 m. Dumping shall be undertaken in these 3 stages as 7 instructed; 2. While operating sub-items d, e and f, sub- items a, b and c need not be and shall not be operated as sub-items d, e and f are all-inclusive and not extra over sub- items a, b and c. Similarly while operating sub- items g, h and i, sub- items a, b and c need not be and shall not be operated as sub-items g, h and i are all- inclusive and not extra over sub- items a, b and c; 3. Stage - 1 i.e. dumping of ballast shall be done in two phases - a) initial spreading and b) further dumping after laying the sleepers and linking the track as directed; 4. Stage -2 i.e. boxing of ballast to the required BG standard ballast profile as per the cushion specified as per IRPWM includes finishing to the specified BG profile; 5. Payment shall be done as per stack measurement without deduction for any voids; 6. Stack wise prior written permission of Engineer-in-Charge shall be taken for dumping of ballast. No payment shall be made in case no such prior written permission is obtained by the contractor. In addition, penal action shall be taken for disturbing the ballast stacks without the permission of the competent authority of Railway; 7. The rate includes leading and lifting / lowering of ballast at the top of steep cuttings or at the bottom of high banks on either side of the bank / cutting to the formation. a. For dumping of ballast on track for lead up to 150 m

For fully salvaging all the ballast at stack locations / that fallen in drains / side slopes of formation etc. and dumping the same uniformly in track up to a lead of150 m

i) Manufacturing of Retro-reflective board - Caution Indicator / Stop indicator / Speed indicator / Whistle Board / any other board with 1.50 mm thick MS plate and MS plate stiffeners on M.S. 'T' angles 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm and 4.75 m long approximately as per the specified drawing including cutting, drilling holes in the angles, providing hold fasts, bolts and nuts with washers of required size, bolting, welding and; (ii) Painting the angles with colour bands of specified colours over one coat of primer as per the specified size and painting on the M.S. plate the required parameters in specified colour(s) on specified background colour(s) in a professional manner with font size as directed with contractor's retro-reflective enamel paints of approved quality over one 7 coat of primer and; (iii) Supplying the board. All of the above shall be executed with contractor's skilled personnel, tools and plant, vehicles, machinery, fuel, consumables, loading, unloading with all incidental charges and in all kinds of weather conditions and site conditions including crossing of tracks wherever required duly observing all safety precautions and including all lead, ascent, descent, taxes, duties, cess, surcharges, fees etc. completely as per the special conditions / specifications / regulations, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per the note(s) below. NOTE: The length of angles given is approximate and may vary as per site condition as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is the same for any additional requirement up to a maximum of 2.0 m additional length.

Supplying and fixing of grip expansion bolt and nut 16 mm dia. 140 mm / 150 mm long as specified with MS Clip / washer as specified in PSC Sleepers including drilling of holes in PSC sleeper / CC block at LC / 7 Trolley path to facilitate fixing of check rail / guard rail etc. without rail traffic block with contractor's skilled personnel, tools and plant, vehicles, machinery, fuel, consumables, loading, unloading with all incidental charges and in all kinds of weather conditions and site conditions including crossing of tracks wherever required duly observing all safety precautions and including all lead, ascent, descent, taxes, duties, cess, surcharges, fees etc. completely as per the special conditions / specifications / regulations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. JOINTING of precast RCC box units. by applying epoxy mortar with all contractor's materials laboures, T & P consumables, crew fuel transportation etc, complete as directed by the EIC during day/night and during permitted line block.

Jacking & rolling/Launching of box units on previously laid concrete bed by approved method with all contractor materials labours , tool & plants, consumables, crew fuel ,transportation,etc,complete as directed by 7 the EIC durung day/night and during permitted line Block. 1)Tenderer should use the suitable road crane(min@46<47@ton/perferably 100 tonnes) with standby arrangements for insertion and removal of ty. Girder during line block 2) Tenderer should deploy atleast two poclains of EX 80/perferably EX 100 for earth work excavation (with standby atleast one) and filling during line block 3) Tenderer should arrange his own lighting arrangments at work spot if works of line block is planned at night hours.

Transportation of steel cribs with contractors vehicle, labour, crew and consumables including loading and unloading as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. A) for a lead upto 100kms.

Excavation along the alignment of signalling cable/OFC/power cable carefully and exposing the same without any damage, and excavating the new trench along the railway alignment or along the alignment as 7 specified by the railway Engineer-in-charge, laying or removed cable, filling up all complete with sand and laying a layer of brick with contractor's own material, tools and plants etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: 1. In case the cable is damaged cost of restoration and the cost of cable will be recovered from the contractor. The decision of the railways with regard the cost to be recovered will be final.

Providing speed breakers as per type plan No CE/LC/SK-5 and CE/LC/SK-6 including painting 7 white and yellow bands, diagonals etc. Complete with contractors labour, men, materials, machinery, consumables, approved paint, T&P, crew, fuel etc., complete including all lead and lifts and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Kali,Venteak,Pillamarudhu or locally available comparable species of good country wood ( to be listed by respective railway)

Removal of temporary girder from the track including removal of crib staging,sleeper matting,dismantling temporary girder duly removing the fish plated joints at the approaches, spreading of ballast 7 over the prepared formation , linking of track and connecting to the approach alignment at required line and level and giving one round of packing all under LINE BLOCK , with contractors labour tools and plants complete as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. e : 1) The released temporary , girder should be trucked out to the nearest station and stacked ea f e track at the location as instructed by the Engineer- in- charge. 2) Dumping of ballast and linking of track shall be paid separately under relevant schedule.With all contractors men,materials.complete.

Supply and laying concrete canvas of 5mm thickness of approved quantity

Fabricating, supplying and fixing colour coated galvanished steel/galvalume self supporting sheeting system like proflex OR similar in roofing made from mild steel having thickness minimum of 0.80 BMT 7 having coaling; of zinc /AluminiumI zinc including cutting to size and shape including fixing at all height. Rate inclusive of all materials, labour, tools & plants, machineries, transportation, leading slaching. fixtures, taxes etc., complete as per the direction of engineer in charge. Note: Contractor will have to the design of the roofing for approval by railways. Roofing shall be provided only after getting it approved from the Railways

Preparation and submission of Final report giving complete and comprehensive record of investigations, laboratory test reports and calculations in approved format.
