Providing manpower for deployment as Data Entry Assistant in office / field / worksite / outstation with a working knowledge of all applications of MS Office and very good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point and a working knowledge of internet and other software etc. as specified in the Additional Special Conditions of contract with the typing speed of at least 30 wpm (words per minute) for carrying out data entry and other miscellaneous activities like attending all allied office assistance viz. Filing, Binding, Shifting / Carrying documents and heavy files to other offices, cleaning and dusting of office gadgets, equipment etc. and any other work as directed by the Unit head / Officer concerned 31 with all contractor's charges such as food expenses, outstation allowances, night allowances etc. and to the satisfaction of the Officer concerned under whom the person is deputed. The decision of the JAG Officer concerned under whom the person is deputed, regarding the adequacy of knowledge and efficiency is final and binding on the contractor. The person deputed shall have the prior approval of JAG Officer of the unit where the person is deputed. Note : (i) Labour laws and Minimum wages as circulated by the ministry of labour should be followed and payment to the personnel shall be made accordingly by the contractor; (ii) Payment to the contractor will be made on submission of evaluation sheets and as per the grading and scale of payment mentioned in the additional special conditions of the contract duly deducting for any penalties (if applicable) as mentioned there in. (iii) The contractor shall ensure to maintain adequate number of manpower at all times and also maintain a pool of suitable standby manpower for deployment in case of rest and relief to the existing manpower.

Providing Manpower for deployment as Drawing Assistant in office / field / worksite / outstation with a qualification of Graduate / diploma in Electrical Engineering with a good knowledge of AutoCAD and working knowledge of all applications of MS office and reasonably good knowledge of English, MS word, MS excel and MS power point, working knowledge of internet and other software etc. and capable of preparing all kind of Electrical Engineering drawings - Building wiring drawings, power line crossing drawing (LT/HT/EHT), layout plans, cross sections, completion drawing etc. capable of preparing and tracing drawings manually, capable of learning and doing all related calculations manually (using calculator) and through MS Excel, capable of estimating and assisting in preparation of tender schedules for preparation of drawings, estimations, tender schedules other related estimation and calculations, data entry and other miscellaneous activities like 32 attending all allied office assistance viz. filing, binding, shifting / carrying documents to other offices, cleaning and dusting of office gadgets, equipment etc. and any other work etc. as directed by the Unit Head / officer concerned to the satisfaction of the officer concerned with all the contractor's charges such as food expenses, outstation allowances, night allowances etc. The decision of the JAG officer under whom the person is deputed, regarding the adequacy of knowledge, efficiency is final and binding on the contractor.
