Supply and laying of high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE pipe) of size 50 mm (nominal bore) category of PE-80, PN-6 along with accessories (T joint / straight coupler etc.), ISI marked and drawing LT cables all as per specification.

Transportation, Laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG cable 4cx25 / 4cx16 / 4cx35 / 4cx50 sqmm as per specification. Notes:- (1). LT UG cable will be issued by Railways. The 05 contractor will be responsible for collection of cables from the Elect Depot Hubli including loading, unloading, transportation up to CLR station and return of un-used cables back at Depot. Cost of these provisions is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (2). Transportation arrangement of cables from CLR station to the sites of work will be arranged by Railways. However, necessary loading and unloading will be the responsibility of the contractor

Trenchless cutting to lay the LTUG/HTUG cable (LT 11 KV and 33KV ) for crossing the 07 track/road duly drawing 160 mm (nominal bore) size PE80,PN.6 HDPE pipe ISI approved as per instruction of Engr-In-charge (Scope includes cost for horizontal drilling, cost of pipe and laying of pipe etc. but charge for laying of cable is not included).

Panel board made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron frame work with 4 Nos extended legs at bottom frame of 60 cm long made out of 40 mm x 5 mm size, epoxy powder coated with grey matt finish, embedded in and including PCC (1:2:3) foundation, all as per detailed specification with overall external size of panel - 1000 mm (H) x 500 mm (W) x 400 mm (D) size all as per detailed drawing. Notes: Necessary excavation, PCC foundation, etc; are deemed to be included in the scope of work.

Fabrication, supply and erection of 6 Mtrs long hot dip galvanized octagonal pole with BSEN 10025 grade S355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS 2062 for base plate with door opening 14 arrangements, including suitable boards, backelite sheet and MCBs as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of 47 m/s for 6 m pole in single section and single joint welded as per IS 9595/IS10178AWS having dimensions bottom 130 mm, top 70 mm with 3 mm thick suitable base plate and 4 Nos foundation bolts, necessary excavation for foundation and refilling all as specified and directed (excluding PCC foundation).

Supplying, and fixing of Hot dip Galvanized M.S Bracket suitable for out door luminaries and mounted on Octagonal pole using necessary bolts, nuts, clamps etc., complete- Single Arm Bracket with 1000 mm Standard 40/50 mm dia.

Supply, fixing and commissioning of 120 W, LED Street light fitting with IP -66 protection as per detailed specification.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1:3:6) with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundations of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (Volume of pole /pipe not to be deducted).

Earthing arrangements (Pipe earthing) as per detailed technical specification conforming to lS:3043 and as per drawing enclosed with tender specifications.

Supplying and embedding 40 mm dia GI pipe, medium class, in pole collar / foundation (During casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Supplying and drawing 3 x 2.5 sq mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ PVC conduit as required.

Supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of LT Control Panel, cubical type, 100 A, 3 phase 4 wire system with copper bus bars of size 20 x 6 mm, outdoor type, opening from both front and rear sides, separate compartments for each control gear, cable alley and provision of knock out type entry plates suitable up to 185 sqmm size cables, panel made out of 2 26 mm thick CRCA sheet, epoxy powder coated with grey matt finish , including base frame made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle iron sections, embedded in PCC 1:3:6 foundation, consisting of the following switchgears and metering devices:- (i) MCCB 100 A, 4P. 36 KA with microprocessor based release - 01 Nos (ii) MCB 63 A, TPN, 10 KA, - 02 Nos (iii) MCB 5-32 A, DP, 10 KA -02 Nos Multi-function 3 phase meters reading V, I, W, KVA, PF, Hz etc, including CTs, pilot lamps complete all as specified and directed.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with size of cable 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required including all necessary connected works such as cutting chases, drilling holes on wall / ceiling etc including plastering / making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only LED flood light fitting over existing pole /wall ceiling including clamps, bolts, nuts and wiring using suitable capacity wires.
