BASE PIPE FOR FIXING OF ELECTRICAL POLES : Providing and fixing MS / GI pipes 150mm dia 10 (inner dia) for fixing the electrical poles to the crash barrier including all materials, labour, lead and lift with two coats of red-oxide paint and basement, poles should be welded with base plate complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

JUNCTION BOX: Supplying and fixing junction box of size 18x9x6 made of 18 gauge MS plate with clamping arrangement to fix the connectors inside the box as per the drawing and instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

DECK SHEETING: 1. Designing, supplying, fabricating and providing of trapezoidal roll formed deck sheeting profiles of 50mm depth made of galvanised steel troughed metal decking plate over cross girders/supports for cast-in-situ deck slab of ROB. Thickness of deck plate shall be 1.00mm (minimum) and shall serve as permanent shuttering to deck slab of 250mm (max) thickness measured 10 over crest of metal decking and shall have adequate strength to support the weight of green concrete andimposed loads during concreting over a span of 2000mm between supports. Deck sheets to be embossed to facilitate enhanced sheet to concrete bonding with contractor's all materials, men, equipment, tools and plant, fixing arrangements, all lead and lift and the work to be carried out above Railway tracks and 25 KV OHE electrified area without affecting Railway traffic and damage to Railway properties as directed by Engineerin- charge. NOTE: 1. The rate includes submission of manufacturers design calculations/test reports, technical details and the supply to be taken from reputed manufacturing

METAL BEAM CRASH BARRIER: Providing and erecting a ''W' metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC 10 series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per specifications and drawing No. Dy. CE/CN/HAS/16-2014 A & B.

Re fixing Railway released structural steel duly repairing providing welded bolts and nuts etc (The work shall be carried out under traffic condition with all lead and lift tool and plants etc complete with two coats of approved quality of paint , completeas directed by Enginneer in charge)

"Supplying and fixing protective screens of size 4.00m x 1.80m made out of steel conforming to IS 2062-1984 (GR-A) in three panels as shown in RDSO plan No. ETI/ C/0068 mod 'H' including fabricating steel structures conforming to IS 800-62 or its latest version are as follows. (1) End panel of size 1.55 x 1.80 m with three sides using MS angle of 35 x 35 x 6mm and the gap to be covered with 10G expanded metal of size 50 x 20mm by means of tack welding. (11)Middle panel of size 0.90 x 1.80 m with MS Tee of size 50 x 50 x 6m at ends and MS angle 35 x 35 x 6mm at top and bottom and the gap to be covered with 16G, GI sheet fitted with 10mm dia GI bolts. (111) Painting the screen with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of Zinc Chromate primer followed by one coat of Zinc chromate red oxide primer of approved quality. (iv) Fitting the screen by means of 'J' bolts of size 10mm dia at 300mm centres in the over head structures to suit site conditions. (v) Complete all the works as shown in the plan and also as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with all lead and lift. (All labour and materials by the contractor). Individual rates for the subitems (i) to (v) should not be quoted are only for guidance. Only 10 consolidated rate covering all the above works 2 Supply of unskilled Manpower for watching Train movements and regulate Road vehicle movements during execution of work and as directed by Engineer- in-charge. Rate shall inclusive of all type of taxes, levies,etc,. 3 JAlterations to Facia board including modifications to Facia board frame of IRS type or Rail type Platform Shelter to get adequate clearences of 1.61m horizantal from centre line of track and 4.62m vertical from Rail level as directed by Engineer-in- charge. This item involving the following works, 1) Removing and lowering of Galvalium profile sheets in Facia board, leading and stacking the sheets / struts at nominated locations without obstructing to passengers and Railway working. 2) Alterations to Facia board frame/strut members to the required dimensions and refixing the same to the purlin by welding/bolting. 3) Cutting the Galvalium profile sheets to requirted size and re-fixing the same in position with contractor's supply of fixing acessories such as self tapping screws/J bolts, bitumen washers ,nuts etc, complete. 4) Painting over the disturbed portion with one coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint as finishing coat. 5) Transportation of released Railway materials from the work spot to the nearest store shed of SSE/W/Br/S.W.Rly and stacking properfy at the place as directed. (i) Leading and dumping of Railway's stone ballast without rail traffic block from stacks collected on either side of formation in mid section / at yards at top of steep cuttings / side or bottom of high banks as directed; (ii) Spreading the ballast on the formation as per standard section and required cushion with extra width on curves and; (iii) Boxing of ballast to standard sectional profile. All of the above shall be executed with contractor's skilled personnel, tools and plant, vehicles, machinery, fuel, consumables, loading, unloading with all incidental charges and in all kinds of weather conditions and site conditions including crossing of tracks wherever required duly observing all safety precautions and including all ascent, descent, taxes, duties, cess, surcharges, fees etc. completely as per the special conditions / specifications / regulations, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per the note(s) below. NOTES: 1. This item consists of 3 stages of payment as mentioned in the sub-items. The first 3 stages are for a lead of 150 m, the next 3 stages are for a lead between 150 m and 750 m and the last 3 10 stages are for a lead between 750 m and 5000 m. Dumping shall be undertaken in these 3 stages as instructed; 2. While operating sub-items d, e and f, sub- items a, b and c need not be and shall not be operated as sub-items d, e and fare all-inclusive and not extra over sub- items a, b and c. Structural design and preparation of detailed structural and working drawing including final GAD for the RCC box of 2x9.00x4.50m(approximate span & height) for 25 t axle load as per Railway bridge code in consultation with Engineering-in-charge. Structural drawings by computer aided design using latest 10 software, including quantity schedule, bar bending schedule and submission of all originals in tracing papers along with flopies after approval by competent Railway authority the contractor has to submit ten copies of each approved drawing to the scale 1200 for General arrangements and 1100 for remaining drawings and all works to be carried out as per the instruction of the Engineer - in- charge and on the basis of Railways GAD.

COMPLETION DRAWING: Preparation and submission of GAD/Completion drawing for the Major bridges/ROBS/RUBs based on soil exploration and water way calculation for fixing suitable span as 10 per RDSO design and drawing in AutoCAD on 100micon film double mat finish as per Railway standard approved by the Engineer-in-charge to specified scales including submission of check print for proof check to incorporate suggested corrections and modifications and supply final copy in compact disk and 6 copies in ammonia print in A0 size with all contractor's materials, labours, tools, plants etc., complete.
