Material and labour for Construction of concrete M20 masonry plinth above ground 04 level with plastering for compact substation with provision for HT and LT cable incoming / outgoing all as specified. Note: (i) The foundations drawings shall be submitted and got approved from Railways prior to commencement of work at site. (ii) Necessary form work, shuttering and finishing of surfaces are included in the scope of work and the quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of this provision.

Fabrication, supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HT Metering Panel 3 CT & 3 05 PT, for 3 phase 4 wire metering with transparent cover TTB with 30 x 8 mm Copper Bus bars (HT metering Box fabricated out of 3 mm MS sheet duly epoxy powder coated) with load break switch (3 phase 4 wire DLMS compatible) CT 11 KV, ratio 10/1 A (or as directed), 0.2 s class accuracy, 2.5 VA burden including necessary foundation all as specified and as per HESCOM approved specifications and drawings.

Excavation in trenches in any kind of soil of required width for HT 11 KV & LT UG cables, including excavation for joints and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5 m as directed, including getting out the excavated soil, and returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. 06 and disposing-off surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m from the starting point. Note:- (i) Providing barricading and danger lighting around the excavated area as safety precaution is a mandatory requirement and cost of this provision, wherever required, is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) The minimum depth for laying of LT 1100 V cables shall not be less than 80 cms from the ground level to the top of the cable. (iii) The minimum depth for laying of HT 11 KV cables shall not be less than 105 cms from the ground level to the top of the cable.

Cutting of cement concrete floors (PCC / RCC), any type / depth as required for laying of UG cables in trenches and disposing off the excavated material as directed including refilling the 07 trenches in layers and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Providing barricading and danger lighting around the excavated area as safety precaution is a mandatory requirement and cost of this provision, wherever required, is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

Laying, testing and commissioning of 11 KV HT UG cable 3 core, 120/240 Sqmm size 08 all as per detailed specifications and as directed. Note:- HT UG cable will be issued by Railways. The contractor will be responsible for collection of cables from the Elect Maintenance / Works Depot including loading, unloading, transportation and return of un-used cables back at Depot. Cost of these provisions is deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item.

Transportation, Laying, testing and commissioning of LTUG cable 4c x 400 Sqmm all 09 as per detailed specifications and as directed. . Note:- LT UG cable will be issued by Railways. The contractor will be responsible for collection of cables from the Elect Maintenance / Works Depot including loading, unloading, transportation and return of un-used cables back at Depot. Cost of these provisions is deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item.

Supply and fixing of crimped sockets/lugs bimetallic / Aluminium for 4C x 400 Sqmm cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for HT 11 KV, 120/240 Sqmm, 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable.

Material and labour for heat shrinkable cable end termination kit, outdoor type complete with all accessories including lugs, suitable for 120/240 sqmm, 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit with all accessories including ferrules suitable tor 120/240 Sq mm 3 core, 11 KV XLPE aluminium conductor cable all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing arrangements (Pipe earthing) as per detailed technical specification with GI earth pipe conforming to IS-3043 and as per detailed drawing as specified in the tender documents.

Material and labour for earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600 mm x 3 mm 15 thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc with charcoal / coke and salt as required complete all as per detailed specifications and conforming to IS-3043 and as per detailed drawing as specified in the tender documents.

Supply, laying and fixing of 25 x 5 mm GI earth strip at 0.5 metre below ground level or on walls/ poles / along pipes etc, including connection / termination with GI nut, bolt, washer etc as required (jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of GI nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm). Note:- Suitable GI saddles with screws shall be provided to secure earth strips run on walls / floors etc,

Supply and fixing of 25 x 5 mm copper earth strip at 0.5 metre below ground level or 17 on walls/ poles / along pipes etc, including connection / termination with GI nut, bolt, washer etc as required (jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm). Note:- Suitable GI saddles with screws shall be provided to secure earth strips run on walls / floors etc,

Supplying and installing 300 mm width X 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated hot dip galvanized iron cable tray with cover (galvanization thickness not less than 50 18 microns). Perforation not more than 17.5% in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I suspenders or secured with GI / MS supporting brackets on walls (horizontal or vertical run) including G.I bolts and nuts etc as required complete all as per detailed technical specifications of tender documents.

Supplying and installing 300 mm width X 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated hot dip galvanized iron cable tray "Bends" (galvanization thickness not less than 50 19 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5% in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with or secured with GI brackets on walls (horizontal or vertical run) including G.I bolts and nuts etc as required complete all as per detailed technical specifications of tender documents.

Supply and Provision / installation of essential safety items for substation all as per list of items and quantities given in detailed technical specification of tender documents.

Supply and installing G.I wire mesh (diamond shaped chain link) fencing 2 Mtr height 21 and 2 inch size wire mesh with 10 SWG GI wire and 50 mm x 5 mm MS angle supporting frame all around the substation area / installation complete all as per detailed technical specifications of tender documents.

Supply and installation of Main LT Panel as per IEC Standard, including provision of 22 cable duct and suitable M.S. Channel frame for fixing of panel, with suitable duct covers, plinth for fixing of panel, testing, and commissioning of Panel complete all as per detailed technical specifications of tender documents.

Supply and fixing of fabricated outdoor panel suitable for main MDB Panel with minimum Sheet thickness not less than 2.00 mm with powder coated painting and locking arrangements and accessories all as per detailed technical specifications of tender documents.

Supply and installation of SDB Panel as per IEC Standard, including provision of cable 24 duct and suitable M.S. Channels for fixing of panel, suitable duct covers, plinth for mounting of panel, testing and commissioning of panel board, complete all as per detailed technical specifications of tender documents.

Supply and fixing of fabricated outdoor enclosure suitable for main SDB panel with minimum sheet thickness not less than 2.00 mm. Powder coated painting and locking arrangements and accessories all as per detailed technical specifications of tender documents.

Trenchless cutting / drilling to cross the cable across the track / road, duly supply and 26 provided with HDPE pipe of size 160 mm (OD) of PE 80, PN Category to pull HTUG or LTUG cable as directed by Engr-in-charge (Rate includes cost of trenchless cutting, cost of pipe with laying, but laying charge of cable is not included) complete all as per detailed technical specifications of tender documents.

Supply and fixing high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE pipe), ISI marked of size 110 27 mm (OD) category of PE-80, PN-6 along with accessories (T joint / straight coupler etc.), in trenches or on walls / poles for drawing of LT / HT UG cables complete all as per detailed technical specification of tender documents.

Provision of cable route indicator with supply of RCC cable marker as per specification. 28 The engraved lettering of the cable marker shall be, 33 KV / 11 KV / LT CABLE, erection shall be digging of pit to a depth of 800mm of size 300mm x 300mm and casting of concrete foundation of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm with RCC cable marker casted as single unit and marker shall be placed vertically with lettering portion above GL remaining below GL) and refilling the pit, as per the instruction of Railway representative at site
