Transportation, Laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable 4cx50/ 4cx35 / 4cx25 / 4cx16 06 Sqmm as per specification Note:- LT UG cable will be issued by Railways. The contractor will be responsible for collection of cables from the Elect Maintenance / Works Depot including loading, unloading, transportation and return of un-used cables back at Depot. Costs of these provisions are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for Trenchless cutting to cross the cable across the track / road duly supply 07 and provided with HDPE pipe of size 160 mm (OD) of PE 80, PN- 6 category to pull HTUG/LTUG cable as per instruction of Engr-in-charge (Rates includes cost of trenchless cutting, cost of pipe and laying of pipe, but laying charge of cable is not included).

Fabrication, Supplying, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 16 Mtrs long Polygon high mast with Single/Multiple telescopic sections having, (minimum overlap distance of 1.5 times of top section) thickness as per BSEN 10025 grades 355 JO/ASTM A572-50 steel sheet plate for shaft suitable to withstand a wind velocity of 47 m/s as per IS 875 part 3 (as per GA Drawing). Base plate as per IS 2062/ASTM A572-50. The mast shall be Galvanized in single Hot-dip as per BSEN ISO 1461/ASTM A123 with an average 70 microns as per IS 2629, and welded as per BS 5135 Single L-Seam joint. The mast shall have 2 Way head frame with die cast LM6 pulleys, 08 stainless steel axle, Phosphorus Bronze bearing bush press-fitted with separate guides for 2 runs of 5 mm / 6 mm dia, stainless steel wire rope of AISI 304 grade 7/19-core, (Factor of Safety as per TR No-7). 2.5 mm2,Multi- core, EPR insulated PCP sheathed trailing power cable housed inside the bottom shaft of mast with door having locking arrangement The mast shall have manual/power tool (Suitable reversible geared motor operating on 230/415V, 50Hz, (shall be provided above 15 Mtr mast) The mast shall have lantern of 2 segments, suitable dia with max load carrying capacity as per IS 1239. The mast shall be erected on RCC footing. The mast shall be supplied with 3 mm thick template, lightning arrester of 1.2 m length galvanized pipe with top arrow fitted on top of the head frame cover and LED type aviation twin lamp fitting with wiring complete including necessary excavation for foundation (excluding RCC foundation) as per technical data.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template all as specified and directed.

Supplying outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar box with 36A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time 10 switch, 25A TP contactors for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 Nos 16 Amp contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and outgoing 35 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals all as specified

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour complete all as specified and as per approved structural drawing.

Installation of the outdoor feeder pillar box by grouting the stand in concrete

Supply and fixing of 300W, LED flood light fitting on High mast lights including all necessary fixing arrangements such as clamps, nuts, bolts, hook and suspension chain as per site requirement and as per detailed technical specifications of tender document.

Cutting of cement concrete (PCC/RCC) surface, any type for laying of UG cables in trenches and disposing off the excavated material as directed including barricading, danger lighting and refilling the trenches in layers and consolidating complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing arrangements (Pipe earthing) as per detailed technical specification conforming to IS: 3043 and as per drawing enclosed with tender specifications.

Design, fabrication, Supply, fixing, connecting and commissioning of LT Control Panel/ cable 16 termination box, consisting of the following switchgears and Accessories:- i. 16 SWG CRC Sheet metal box with Siemens Grey powder coating (1000 x 500 x 250) - 01 No ii. MCCB 63 A, 4 P, 25 KA TM, 415 V AC - 1 No iii. MCCB 32 A, 4 P, 25 KA TM - 2 Nos iv. RYB Indicators - 03 Nos v. Suitable Aluminium Bus Bar with complete Integral wiring - 01 No.

Material and labour for steel work, welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, 17 hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (For protective barrier wall around the High mast pillars). Note: Detailed structural drawings shall be submitted and approved from Railways prior to fabrication / commencement of work at site.

Provision of cable route indicator with supply of RCC cable marker as per specification. The engraved lettering of the cable marker shall be, 33 KV / 11 KV / LT CABLE/ HT Cable, erection shall be digging of pit to a depth of 800 mm of size 300 mm x 300 mm and casting of concrete foundation of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm with RCC cable marker casted as single unit and marker shall be placed vertically with lettering portion above GL (remaining below GL) and refilling the pit, as per the instruction of Railway representative at site.
