RWS04 - Refilling the basement and pipeline trenches with selected available earth from trench excavation including watering, Consolidation in layers of 15 cm thick including disposing of the surplus earth with all lead & lifts. (Compacting with vibro roller) Note: Add Rs. 203.00 / cum for earth obtained from borrow pits. with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

RWS05 - Providing murrum or gravel bedding for the pipeline including watering and consolidation by punners etc. complete with all lead and lift. (in black cotton soil and rock reaches). with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS06 - Supplying HDPE pipes conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest amendments and conveying to work site including loading and unloading at both destination and rolling, lowering into trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials by electrofusion welding, as per standerd procedure and guide lines including encasing the pipe around to a depth not less than 15cms with cleaned soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc., complete giving hydraulic test as per relevant IS Specification with all lead and lift including , testing and comm diaissioning. The rate is exclusive of required specials and fittings etc., complete (Contractor will make his own arrangement for procuring water for testing)Upto 110mm dia,Coils shall be used.with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work. PE100 (PN 6.0 / 6 Kg/cm2) 63 mm dia

RWS09 - Supply and delivery at site of brand new best make gate valve as per IS 778/1984 with ISI Mark and as per its latest amendments 80mm dia with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS10 - Labour charges for making, fixing and testing of flanged joints for Cast Iron pipes / D.I. Pipes and specials with rubber insertion and necessary bolts and nuts and giving necessary hydraulic pressure test including conveying, loading and unloading the jointing materials etc., complete. 80mm dia with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

RWS11 - Supply and delivery of Woltman model with removal mechanism water meters confirming to ISO 4064 part I,II,III class B or IS 779 and IS 2373 with life cycle test certificate from FCRI/ NABL accredited lab. The water meters shall have magnetic drivers or mechanical drivers and shall be versatile for installation in any position. The meters shall be hydrodynamically, hydrostatically balanced. The runner, runner chamber, pointer of the meter shall be as per ISO 4064 class B specification. Dry dial excavated counter housing fully protected against flooding ensuring easy reading in all climates. 150mm dia with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS13 - Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum,Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 Its conforming to IS 9103-2008. mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints,including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine, and curing including cost of all materials, labour,hire charges of machineries,all lead & lift charges etc., complete as per specifications. with OPC at 360 kg/cum and coarse aggregate 0.69cum, fine aggregate 0.46cum 63mm in CC road with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

RWS14 - New House Hold Cutting of cement concrete road surface for pipeline trenches with steel or without steel upto 300 mm width and 200 mmdepth with neat finishing vertically as well as horizontally by using concrete cutting machine it includes minimum two longitude groove and sufficient number of lateral groove for avoiding of other portion of cement concrete road and disposing of the excavated stuff as directed including cost of cutting machinery along with generator and fuel for running machine and all type of labour, including cutting blade, watering for smooth cutting barricading, danger lighting etc. as per standard specification with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS15 - Earthwork excavation for pipeline trenches including depositing on bank upto a lead of 50 mtrs and depth up to 2.00 mtrs. Including shoring and strutting, danger lighting and using sight rails and boning rods at every 100 mtrs. Wherever necessary as directed in the following strata. (Manual Means) with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

RWS16 - Supply and installation of water connections to individual houses up to water meter point and (excluding civil works like Earthwork excavation for the pipeline trenches and restoration work) for laying of MDPE / GI pipes of 15 / 20 mm diameters for the house connection .Including supply and laying of MDPE and GI pipes with special such as Electro fusion tapping ferrule or suitable dia saddles (All size like 90/75/63 mm Dia) of required pressure rating or higher grade of approved make conforming standard specifications with brass cutter, flow regulator, water tight cap-cutting edges for making hole/tapping suitable to HDPE distribution mains by electro fusion welding. Tapping ferrules (Mechanical type clamp saddle) Including cost of Water Meter MDPE and GI pipes, with all specials such as MDPE Bend Adopter sadle and GI tee, GI elbow, GI coupler, stopper and brass or SS tap Etc complete including neat and water tight fitting and As directed by engineer in charge with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of granite / trap / basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed method of tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 406 with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS19 - Cement concrete pavement. RWS27 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of grade M 10 with OPC cement @ 220kgs, with 40mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.892cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.465cum machine mixed, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms. thick, well compacted, in foundation including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications.(900*900)mm with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS28 - Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC cement @ 320kgs, with 20mm dia and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS91031999Reaffirmed2008, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated forall works in ground floor level for roof slabs, staircase, lintels, and beams,retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness ) including attached pilasters, columns, pillars,posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks,plain window cills, fillets etc., including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing,complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per specifications with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS29 - Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for foundations, footings, bases of columns for mass concrete including cost of all materials, labour complete as per specificaitons with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS30 - Providing T.M.T steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) including for OHT & reservoier, cost of materials, labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS31 - Providing and fixing 60x60cms M.S. inspection door with necessary M.S. frame made out of M.S. angle 50x50x6mm dia and M.S. shutters of 31.5mm dia or B.G.10 thick with hinges on top and locking arrangement, painting etc., complete (for RCC over head tank and G.L.S.R.) with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS32 - 50kl OHT Providing 2 coats of Snowcem/Water-proof cement paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of primer including curing etc., complete for RCC over head tank with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

RWS33 - KSRRB M800-10. Painting new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade complete as per specifications (ii) English and Roman-Hyphen and the like not to be measured and paid for "MORTH Specification No 801 with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges etc., for sucessful completion of work as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.
