001 - Operation and Maintenance of the Scheme as per TOR Which includes - 1. Providing sufficient Technical staff - Pump Operators- 05 Nos, Helpers - 05 Nos. Valve Man - 05 Nos. Supervisor - 01 No, Watchman - 01 No. Electrician / Mechanic - 01 No, and Others who are required to run the system in Complete manner and providing all materials, required for operation of Multi Village Scheme including Pipe line repair Works. 2. Regular Maintenance of Civil Structures like Pure water Sump, Pump house, MBT and all Other Civil Structures. The Maintenance Consist of all kinds of minor repairs to damaged structures, cleaning and Washing and Painting for civil structures once in a year. All the infrastructure must be maintained in good working Condition throughout the year so as to Ensure Uninterrupted water supply to all the 14 Villages throughout the year. 3. Minor Repairs and replacement of damaged pipe line, valves etc. if found necessary. It includes cost of materials and labour Charges and also monitoring of the systems. The maintenance involves Gravity Mains, pure water rising mains and Feeder mains that are connecting all 14 Villages. Maintenance of the quality of water as per the guidelines CPHEEO Manual and ISI Specifications including cost of testing of water at laboratory twice in a month. 4. Operation and Maintenance of all Kinds of Pumping Machinery Other Mechanical Component of this scheme including Electrical / Replacing Transformer Oil, Grease, Cotton etc., Maintenance Covering all repairs/ Replacement of Electrical Cable/ Switch Board/ Replacement of burnt parts of Machinery all the Above repair and Maintenance will be carried out as per the Direction of the Engineer-in Charges for Satisfactory functioning of the Scheme to Provide designed discharge for Drinking water to all the 14 Villages of the Project. 5. Transportation and Communication Charges - Transportation Charges include cost of 1 No. of 4 Wheeler, 2 Nos. of 3 Wheelers and Mobilization of staff for satisfactory functioning of Balancing tanks, Sumps and all other components of scheme. Providing Office accommodation, Uniforms to Staff required to discharge their duties satisfactorily. The communication charge includes cost of communication to the staff through mobile phones for conversation amongst the staff spared over the project. a. The G.P or VWSC/ Concerned Section officer of the Project Should Certify the Satisfactory functioning of the scheme and based on this payment will be made to the Contractor. b. The Contractor Should Maintain a Log Book on the Working of pumping Machinery at Pump House and Account of quantum of water supplied to all 14 villages regularly. The Payment will be made by the Engineer-in Charge after Satisfactory report of every month end The GP Secretary and SO In change Of W.S.S Should give Satisfactory report subject to Conduction appended in TOR etc., complete with all lead and lift loading, unloading and site jungle clearance as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work. Note - Helpers/ Watchman/ Valve man/ Electrician /Technical Staff made available round the clock for Maintenance period

002 - Earthwork excavation by manual means for foundation of buildings, culverts, water supply and sanitary lines and electrical conduits etc, either in pits or in trenches 1.5m and above in width, in ordinary soil not exceeding 1.5 m. in depth including dressing the bottom and sides of pits and trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from edges of excavation with lead upto 50 m. including breaking of clods complete as per specifications.
