code01 - OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE for 1st year :- Operation and maintenance of the scheme as per TOR which includes providing sufficient technical staff valve man, watchman, operations electrician and others who are required to run system in complete manner and providing all materials & chemicals required for operation for operation of raw water pumping machinary & pumping machinary at WTP also pumping machinary at intermediate sump to villages , jack wells /WTP/Pipe line repaire works 1.Regular maintenance of civil structures like jack well , raw water balancing tank , RSF/SSF, pure water house MBT& exiting in village OHT and all other civil structure. The maintenance consist of all kinds of repair to damaged structure cleaning & washing and painting for civil structure . All the infrastructure must be maintained in good working condition through out the year and replacement of damage pipeline valves etc. if found necessary it includes cost of materials and labour charges and also monitoring systems the maintainance involes Raw water raising mains,pure raising main ,maintaining the requird discharge the quatom of water in each pipe . 2. Operation and maintenance WTP it including dosing of required quantity of alum cloring and required necessary chemicals including replacement of sand/filter media as required as per standard of established norms from time to time maintaining the quality of water as per guidelines CPHEEO manual ISI specification including cost of testing of water at laboratory twice in a month. 3.Operation and maintenance of all kinds of pumping machinery other chemical components of the scheme including electrical maintainance covering all repairs replacement of electrical cable/switch board . Replacement of all parts of machinery will be carried out as per the direction of the engineer incharge for satisfactory functioning of the scheme to provide the designed dis charge of drinking water to all the habitants of the project.(for1 year)

code02 - BULK FLOW METER :-Supply and delivery of Woltman model with removal mechanism water meters confirming to ISO 4064 part I,II,III class B or IS 779 and IS 2373 with life cycle test certificate from FCRI/ NABL accredited lab. The water meters shall have magnetic drivers or mechanical drivers and shall be versatile for installation in any position. The meters shall be hydrodynamically, hydrostatically balanced. The runner, runner chamber, pointer of the meter shall be as per ISO 4064 class B specification. Dry dial excavated counter housing fully protected against flooding ensuring easy reading in all climates. 150 mm dia
