Code07 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Code08 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) to brick/stone masonary including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Code09 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Code12 - Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Code13 - Providing and fixing RCC door frames factory manufactured, with C.C. 1:1 1/2 :3 reinforced with 3 Nos. of 6 mm dia. Main bars and 6 mm dia. Stirrups welded at 30 cm C/C, vibrating, curing including cost of steel and fabrication charges having 3 Nos. of hinges with 20mm x 3mm M.S. flat welded with required iron rods and flats with drilling and fixing 4 No.of flat screw nuts each in concrete for fixing hinges and making necessary provision in concrete for fixing aldrops, tower bolts etc., including cost of one coat of oil based enamel primer, 4 No.of hold fasts, 3 Nos. Code14 - Providing and fixing in position fully panelled Mathi/Nandi wood shutters for doors with stiles and rails of 40mm. thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide top rail and stiles 100mm wide as per drawing and panels of 25mm thick including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (excluding cost of fixtures)as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Code15 - Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Code16 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e.at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprenegasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight,mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Code17 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and anufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Code18 - Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 m² over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Code19 - Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre /10 m². Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Code20 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications andas per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Code21 - Providing & fixing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I.limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete as per design drawings (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Code22 - Providing, Laying and Fixing GI pipes conforming to IS 1239:1990 with latest mendments complete with GI fittings (excluding the cost of fittings) with cuts and threads wherever necessary, including testing for water tightness, with all lead and commissioning.
