9.6.1 - Providing and laying Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) Light shade pigment using white cement(It no:9.6.1, of Vol-2 SR 203-24)

9.12.2 - Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 11.34B - Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of win dows etc. with M.S. flats, squareor round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc( SR Vol-2/P.no. 85 I.No.11.34B)

12.84 - Providing & fixing of 2-track x 2-panel sliding windows made out of multi chambered UPVC(Matching to RAL-9016) sections and with minimum TiO2(Titanium Dioxide) at 6 PHR with TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) and lead free, gaskets -grey color having isolated drainage and reinforced with Galvanized Iron profile through-out the window frame. The outer frame having an overall size of 44mm width x 40mmheight with reinforcement of 1mm thickness and Sash with overall size of 27mm X 53mm with UPVC honeycomb structure inside in lieu of GI reinforcement. Coextruded Glazing bead for fixing of glass shall be of size 9.5mm x 21.5mm. Windows shall be provided with 5mm plain float glass, standard hardware& single point locking system with Crescent Locks. Wall thickness of frame & sash shall be of 2 mm.Maximum possible size -1219mm x 1219mm. (The cost is inclusive of all fixtures and separate charges for minor T&P's shall not be made). 9.96 - Providing and fixing 65mmx125mm GRP Doorframe fabricated using E-Giass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) U.V- stabilized lsopthalic Gelcoat and lsopthalic resin. The thickness of the GRP skin shall not be less than 2.0mm. The doorframe consists of four segments, which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screws. The GRP frame shall be provided with wooden reinforcement on 6 locations for high screw holding capacity for fixing metalling hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium density foam/Plaster of Paris with fibre reinforcement Six Numbers of 260mmx25mmx5mm sizeS shaped M.S. flat hold fast shall be provided with the frame.( SR 18-19 Item.no:-9.96)

9.93 - Providing and fixing factory made single leaf rigid GRP Sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick, laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish, fabricated using U.V-stabilized lsopthalic Gelcoat and on layer of 45 gsm E-Giass Chopped strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyster resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20 Kg/m3 shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of Seasoned Salwood block of cross section not less than 28mmx32mm and also necessary salwood reinforcements for fixing the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles, etc, shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with EPS foam shall be used for bonding the core material, the Salwood reinforcement and the skins. The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall confirm to Standards and specifications and the door shutters tested in confiramation to IS 4020-1994. The finish of shutter will be plain colour White/Ivory/Beige/Light Grey or any other colour using high quality pigments. 11.59 - Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieveouter dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade(It no:11.59, P.No 26 of Vol-2 SR 2023-24)

11.26.3 - Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. G.I. pipes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.(It no:11.26.3, P.No 26 of Vol-2 SR 2023-24)

1.4.1 - Earth work excavation by manual means for drains,canals, waste weir, draft, approach channels, key trenches, foundation of bridges and such simillar works in all kinds of soils , as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, excavated surface leveled and sides neatly dressed disposing off the excavated stuff or sorting & stacking the selected stuff for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. 2.1.2 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 9.31 - Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 60mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and course sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape and colour with a minimum compressive strength of 281 kg per m2 over 50mm thick sand bed ( average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force thereby forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, final compaction of paver surface joints into its final level , including cost of materials, labour and Usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications Vol 2(P.no.64 I.no.9.31)
