11.5.1 V-2 - Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. including with all lead and lift charges.

11.11.1 V-2 - Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including with all lead and lift charges.

8.2.1 V-2 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.including with all lead and lift charges.

8.3.1 V-2 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonary including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.including with all lead and lift charges.

11.16.1 V-2 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square orrectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steelprimer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc.complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials,labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.including with all lead and lift charges.

7.38 V-2 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet shouldhave protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratchesduring transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed usingself drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal,complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces,excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.including with all lead and lift charges.

7.39.1 V-2 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofingaccessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 micronsepoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) including with all lead and lift charges.

8.32 V-2 - Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 m². Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including with all lead and lift charges.
