Code 06 - Open - graded Premix SurfacingProviding, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen VG-30 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40/60 TPH laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades (Page No -39, Item No. 5.19 PWDCSR 2023-24 V-3 ) ---- work complete within 03 months

Code 07 - Seal CoatProviding and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats with bituminous binder VG-30 Case - II : Type B Premix Seal coat (Page No -39, Item No.5.21 PWDCSR 2023-24 V-3 ) ---- work complete within 03 months

Code 08 - Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (Page No - 15, Item No. 3.6 PWDCSR 2023-24 V-3 ) ---- work complete within 03 months

Code 09 - Providing and fixing RCC Name board 1.35x0.60x0.4 fixing in RCC poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60 mtrs in cement concret M20 porportion using 20mm & down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars & 8 mm dia strips as shown in drawing the board shall be provided with 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. the poles shall be embeded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 mtr with cemtn concrete M 10 proportion the board shall be fixed as per the drawing 7 at the place indicated by the engineering charge of work. the cost includes excavation cost of all materials cost of steel centring transportion charges, fixing charges etc the work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the engineer in charge of the work (I. 37.60 P. 173) (5500.00+825.00=6325.00) ---- work complete within 03 months
