4.11 - Providing in position reinforced cement concrete of nominal mix 1:1:5:3 with 20mm and down size graded granite metal, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation plinth and fround floor level for roof slabs, staircase, lintles, retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached plasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plan window cills, fillets ect., including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing, complete as per specifications.

4.32 - Providing and removing Centring for RCC lintels and Beams KSRB 4-6.5: Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., for columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts, suazre/rectangular/polygon in plan including cost of all materials, labour complete as per specification. Specifications.

4.46.1 - KSRB 4.9.2: Providing T.M.T. Steel reinforcement for RCC work including styraightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lappingand/or welding where ever required tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members where ever nessassary complete as per design (laps and westage shall not be measured and paid) cost of material, labour HOM of machinary complete as per specifications no. 4.6.3.

6.31 - FLY ASH Cement Brick Providing and costructing approved quality of standard size precast FLY ASH Brick masonry with compresive strengh not less than 3.5 Newton per sqmm with cement mortar 1:6 for basement and superstructure with cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete as per specifications.

15.15 - Plastring KSRB 15.3.7: Providing 18 mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:3, to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, Providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

15.1 - Plastring for Basement KSRB 15.1.1 Providing flush pointing to square rubble, course or uncoursed stone masonry with cement mortar 1:3, 20mm deep, after raking joints to depth of 20mm nicely lining, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

7.31 - MS Frill Window Fabricating, providing and erecting in poiston of MS Ornamental security Frill Gate Without hot dip using 75 X 12 mm MS Flat for alround frame work with verticals at the centre and horizontal centere support MS Square of 20X20mm of different heights as shown in the drawing are to be fixed at 16 cms C/C for square bars of full height and at 8 cms C/C for bottom rods providing ornamental CI Designers at the botom and C I arrows inthe midle and top. The entire frame work is to be fixed by means of expansion bolts to the brick pillars with necesary drilling holes, the work includes providing two coats of enamel painting over one coatr of red lead ready mix primer coat etc., complete cost to all labour, painting, erection charges using hoist pulleycranes with all lead and lift, loading transporting and unloading using hoist pulley cranes, scaffolding charges and all other incidental charges required for successful completion of the work as per specification and drawings.

15.53.2 - KSRB 15-6.1: Providing and finishing external walls in two coats waterproof cement paint of approved brand and shade to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt and loose powdred material, free from mortar drops and other forigh matter cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications.
