code05 - Providing two coats of water proof cement painting with approved colour and shade over one coat of primer including scaffolding & scrapping of old paint and stain with wire brushes and cleaning of paint stains etc., wherever necessary for old RCC over head tanks with all lead and lifts etc,. complete for& with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code06 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.& with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code07 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. & with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code08 - Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.
