008 - Tack coat on Granular surface treated with primer Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom ---- Work Complete Within 3 Months

009 - Open - Graded Premix Surfacing: Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen VG-30 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40/60 TPH laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. ---- Work Complete Within 3 Months

010 - Seal Coat: Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B seal coats with bituminous binder VG-30 Case II Type B premix seal coat ---- Work Complete Within 3 Months

The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately) Mix 1:3:6 (M10) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- Work Complete Within 3 Months

M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- Work Complete Within 3 Months

012 - Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-S50 Steel reinforcement for fLC.C. work including straightening, cut:ting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately) ---- Work Complete Within 3 Months

013 - Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35x0.60x0.04 Mrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.10x0.10x2.60 Mrs in cement cocrete M20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 10mm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia st\ripes as shown in drawing. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on both the sides. The poles embeded in the ground for a depth of 0.5 mtrs with cement conrete M10 proportion . The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineering charge of the work. The cost includes excavation, cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specification, drawings and directions of the engineer in charge of the work. ---- Work Complete Within 3 Months
