Mix 1:3:6 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments and other incidental charges required for successfull completion of work etc., complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

code06 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments and other incidental charges required for successfull completion of work etc., complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

code07 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement on the rough side of single or half brick wall including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments and other incidental charges required for successfull completion of work etc., complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

code08 - Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two coats applied @ 3.28 L/10 m²) over and including priming coat o exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 m² to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments and other incidental charges required for successfull completion of work etc., complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

code09 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square orrectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments and other incidental charges required for successfull completion of work etc., complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

code10 - Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 g/m2 as per IS: 277,in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheetand polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guardfilm of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws ofsize (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments and other incidental charges required for successfull completion of work etc., complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

code11 - Providing and fixing to existing door frames Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin,moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames.35 mm thickness with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments and other incidental charges required for successfull completion of work etc., complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

code12 - Providing and laying Polished Glazed Vitrified tiles with thickness 10 mm in floor with different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).Size of Tile 600x600 mm with all lead, lifts, loading & unloading charges including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments and other incidental charges required for successfull completion of work etc., complete as per specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work.

code13 - Water purification plants: Providing, Installation and Commissioning of automatic Water purification plant (RO+UF) with all accessories piping, product water tank on single phase power supply as per the enclosed detailed Technical Specifications including cost of material, loading and unloading and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Ref- detailed specification enclosed seperatly). Note:- 1.The above rates mentioned are only for the preparation of estimate purpose. 2. All items are to be of BSI /NFS standards,with BSI / NFS mark . 3. Tenders to be invited for procurement. 4. No direct payment should be made under any situation or condition or on any account. 5. After commissioning of plant necessary testing to be done for the satisfactory of Engineer Incharge.
