The cost includes alllead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirementsof relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing andall other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technicalspecifications. M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates including Form work & with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code05 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification Buildings & with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code06 - Filling approved earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. & with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code07 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x150x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usagecharges of machinery etc complete as per specifications& with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code08 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.& with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code09 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. (PWD SR/21-22 Pg. 50/It. 8.51)

code10 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. code11 - Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with thickness 9-12 mm in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm& with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code12 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:3:6 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates (PWD SR/21-22 Pg. 15/It. 2.1.4)

code13 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usagecharges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directionsof the Engineer-in-Charge.& with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code14 - Providing,fabricating and fixing Profiled Poly Urethane insulated Roof(PUF Sheet) having modular density 40kg/m2 and size 1.06m width and 7.60mlength sheets roof having external sheet of 0.5mm steel, bottom sheet of0.40mm steel with powder coated finish. The precoated sheet shall be ofminimum 240MPa steel conforming to IS 14246 : 1995 and shal have zinccoating with minimum 120gsm as per IS 277:1992,.The roofing system shallhave suitable water proof over lapping arrangments and GRIHA ceritifed.Thefasting shall be of self tapping screws of required length with PVC head alongwith washer pre-painted aluminium cap unit with build in seal arrangments.The entire roof shall be firmly fastened to the existng frame including all leadand lifts, loading & unloading ,usage charges of machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges and all other incidental chargesetc.,complete as per standard technical detailed specifications and as directedby the Engineer in charge of the work, 30 mm thickness& with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code15 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilatorsand partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming toIS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia andsize, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top,bottm and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc.Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointedmechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snapbeading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, allcomplete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately):For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and aking provision for fixing of fittings whereverrequired including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required(Fittings shall be paid for separately) Polyester powder coated aluminium(minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) includingcost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as perspecifications. & with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code16 - Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasketetc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions ofengineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid inbasic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not lessthan 12.50 kg/m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges ofmachinery complete as per specifications.& with all lead and lift. and as per direction of the Engineer in charge of work.

code17 - Water purification plants: Supplying, Installation and Commissioning of automatic Water purification plant (RO+UF) with all accessories piping, product water tank on single phase power supply as per the enclosed detailed Technical Specifications including cost of material, loading and unloading and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Ref- detailed specification enclosed seperatly). Note:- 1.The above rates mentioned are only for the preparation of estimate purpose. 2. All items are to be of BSI /NFS standards,with BSI / NFS mark . 3. Tenders to be invited for procurement. 4. No direct payment should be made under any situation or condition or on any account. 5.
