ITEM04 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. ITEM06 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550/500D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all Materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire/soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as epr drawing and technical specifications.

ITEM07 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x150x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications.

ITEM08 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

ITEM09 - Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two coats applied @ 4.84 kg/10 m²) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM10 - Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge.

ITEM11 - Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-inCharge.

ITEM12 - Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with thickness 9-10 mm in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm

ITEM13 - Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

ITEM15 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

ITEM17 - Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM18 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work.

ITEM19 - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM20 - Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 15 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409 PCC M20 grade for kerb Cast in Situ

ITEM21 - Providing and fixing MS inspection door of size 60 cms x 60 cms, including MS frame made of 50x50x6mm angle, shutters made of 3mm thick MS sheets, with hinges, locking arrangements at top etc. including painting with anticorrosive approved paint etc. complete including all lead and lifts etc.

ITEM22 - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Roof with PU based single component elastomeric pure polyurethane based coating on New terrace/Chajjas/Sunken portion of WC:Bathroom, cold applied PU waterproofing membrane that is highly elastic with elongation greater than 400% and tensile strength greater than 2MPa as per ASTM D412. The waterproofing membrane to be applied in 2coats @ 1.6 kg/m2 to achieve final DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of 1mm including prime coat of epoxy primer @150 g/m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo-textile over the waterproofing membrane. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification.

ITEM23 - Water purification plants: Providing, Installation and Commissioning of automatic Water purification plant (RO+UF) with all accessories piping, product water tank on single phase power supply as per the enclosed detailed Technical Specifications including cost of material, loading and unloading and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Ref- detailed specification enclosed seperatly). Note:- 1.The above rates mentioned are only for the preparation of estimate purpose. 2. All items are to be of BSI /NFS standards,with BSI / NFS mark . 3. Tenders to be invited for procurement. 4. No direct payment should be made under any situation or condition or on any account. 5. After commissioning of plant necessary testing to be done for the satisfactory of Engineer Incharge.
