Granular Sub-base Plant Mix method Construction of Granular sub base of required grading asper design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor gader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, completeas per clause 401, For grading-VI Material etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

NP3 pipes: Laying Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 [burried conduits] on first class bedding of granular material including fixing collar with cement sand mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry work in head wall and parapets, 500mm dia etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Water Bound Macadam: Grading-I: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling wih 3 wheeled steel / vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding maerials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (a) Mechanical means [a] Using screening crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Water Bound Macadam: Grading-II: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling wih 3 wheeled steel / vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding maerials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (ii) Water bound macadam [a] Using screening type B [11.2mm agg] etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Prime coat over WMM/WBM: Providing and applying primer coat with SSI grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 kg per m2 using mechnical means etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Tack coat on Granular surface trated with primer: Providing and applying tack coat with RS1 Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg / m2 on the prepared bituminous surfae cleaned with mechanical broom etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm [Type-A] or 13.2mm to 0.9mm [Type-B] aggregates using VG-30 bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN satic roller and finishing to required level and grades as per technical specification Clause 507, Mix seal surfacing Type B, By Manual means, using VG-30 Bitumen etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Boundary pillar: Reinforced cement concrete M 15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per iRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Kilometer stone: Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC: 8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc., [a] Ordinary kilometer stone [precast] etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

[b] 200m stone [precast] etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Retro Reflectorised Traffic Signs: Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67:2012 made of class C Type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over the back support frame of min 25 x 25x 3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65NP, 3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing, The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC:67:2012, 60cm equilateral triangle etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing 'Logo Board' of PMGSY at Starting Point: Providing and fixing of typical logo board as per specifications and drawing. Two ACP Sheet of 3mm thick, top and Bottom plate duly welded / bolted with MS Square angle 25mm x 25mm x 5mm size on back and on the edges. The top and bottom plate will be welded / bolded / bolted to 1 nos 75 x 75 x 6mm square Hallow section duly embedded in cement concrete M 15 Grade of 600 * 600 * 600mm, 450mm below ground level . Retro-reflecting sheet as per IRC:67 clause 1701.3.8.1 fixed over aluminium sheeting. Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound: Providing and with reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250g / m2 area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015. The finished surface to be leve, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete with all lead and lifts etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Solar powered road marker [solar Stud]: Supplying of solar raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress acording to IP 65 standard and should with stand tempertures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow [amber] as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. Three should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleep charging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours.
