Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground inspection chamber inside dimensions 500x700 mm and 45 cm deep with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 6 with precast RCC cover with suitable frame and R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. complete as per standard design.

Providing and fixing square-mouth S.W. gully trap class SP-1 complete with C.I. grating brick masonry chamber with precast cover with precast RCC cover and suitable frame as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing kitchen base and wall unit boxes with inner partitions and shutters as per the approved sketch No. RWF/PCE/SK/03-2024 made out of 19 mm thick both side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 with backing of 06 mm thick ply wood of approved brand and manufacture including PVC edge banding tape with synthetic resin by edge bending machine and with sufficient number of stainless steel auto closing spring loaded hinges. All 6 the exposed surfaces are to be laminated with 0.80 mm thick laminates of approved quality brands with shade and texture as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The unit should comprise of 304 grade stainless steel modular kitchen baskets and PVC cutlery organiser including finishing with soft close tandems and 150 mm stainless steel handles of approved quality as per the approved drawing and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: The work shall be completed with all contractors tools and plants, men and materials with necessary fittings including safety equipment at all levels as per the directions of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing Wardrobes with inner partitions and shutters as per the approved sketch No. RWF/PCE/SK/02-2024 made out of 19 mm thick both side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 with backing of 06 mm thick plywood of approved brand and manufacture including PVC edge banding tape with synthetic resin by edge bending machine and with sufficient number of stainless steel auto-closing spring-loaded hinges. All the exposed surfaces should be laminated with 0.80 mm thick decorative laminates and other side with balancing lamination of approved quality brands with shade and texture as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The unit should comprise of cupboard and drawer locks of approved brand, normal close stainless steel telescopic channels for drawers, and stainless steel fancy handles. The average depth of each unit shall be 550 mm and each unit shall have a 100 mm high bottom support with 19 mm thick plywood with lamination all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The work shall be completed with all contractors' tools and plants, men and materials with necessary fittings including safety equipment at all levels as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

"Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland / Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, to improve 6 durability and workability without impairing strength; mixed with hardening compound @ 2 liters per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturers' specifications including pumping of concrete to the site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; shuttering, finishing but excluding reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for M25 grade of concrete. The ready-mixed concrete or site-batched concrete shall be laid and finished with a screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process, and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush, etc., complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate includes panel shuttering work."
