Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 t smooth wheeled roller, complete as per clause 310.(V-3, P.No.15, Sl.No.3.11) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work. Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 For Grading -III Material (V-3, P.No.19 Sl.No.4.1/III) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (V-3, P.No.15 Sl.No.3.6) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (V-3, P.No.24 Sl.No.4.27) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Reinforced cement concrete M15grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc Ordinary kilometer stone (precast) (V-3, P.No.57 Sl.No.8.16 (ii)) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Reinforced cement concrete M15grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc200 m stone (precast) (V-3, P.No.57 Sl.No.8.16 (iii)) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g/ m2 area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (V-3, P.No.57 Sl.No.8.15 ) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 kg per m2 using mechanical means.(V-3, P.No.29 Sl.No.5.1/A(l)) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 Bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/m2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom (V-3, P.No.145 Sl.No.21-A(3) MoRTH Sec 503 ) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.4% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction (V-3, P.No.31 Sl.No.5.8/C) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant batch type using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5% by weight of mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per MoRTH V revision. (V-3, P.No.145 Sl.No.21/A (1) IRC-37:2018) ---- ---Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, HOM of machineries, equipment, lead and lift, loading and unloading charges, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete, the work shall be carried out as per standard technical detailed specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
