KSRRB M2200-6. Providing T. M.T. steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and/or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per disign (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specification. Fabricating, supplying and erecting M.S. TubularTruss of span upto 10m. The bottom and top member is provided with 50x50x6mm double equal angles, welded back to back and in between top and bottom line, in areas of mid section is provided with 50x50x6mm equal single angle for vertical and inclined members and at supporting ends 40x40x5mm single angle is provided. All the members are welded together with 6mm gusset plate as per Drawing. The entire truss is anchored in RCC column by using 4 Nos. of M.S. anchor bolts at each support, with 10mm thick base plate and shoe plate.The work includes cutting, straightening, placing in position of M.S angle and wleding wherever necessary, and applying one coat of red oxide primer coat to all themembers including cost of all materials, labour charges, and hire charges of machineries for cutting, welding, grinding and erection equipments, with all lead and lift, transportation, etc., complete as per specification. ---- Including cost of all materials, labours, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all lead and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSSRB MS00-5.2 Over Head Sign Board :Supply and installation of retro- reflective Over-Head Gantry sign boards made out of cube corner micro prismatic grade sheeting confirming to Type XI standards of IRC:67:2012 specification & fixed over 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel sheet having minimum 0.30 mm thick aluminum skin on both sides excluding the cost of back support frame, vertical support and horizontal support and foundation. as directed by the engineer incharge of the work. ---- Including cost of all materials, labours, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all lead and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRRB M800-7. Painting:-Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 803 - Painting on Steel Surface ---- Including cost of all materials, labours, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all lead and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRRBM800-9. Painting New Letter and Figures of any Shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade complete as per specifications. Direction and Place Identification Signs with size morethan 0.9 sqm Size Board: Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm , 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 em, 60 em below ground level as per approved drawing. ---- Including cost of all materials, labours, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all lead and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge of the work.

Supply & Installation of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of20000 kg tested in accordance to IRC 37 and shall be resistantto dust and water ingress according to IP 65 (Ingress Protection 65 is a test which is conducted to check if solar road stud is protected from total dust Ingress and low pressure water jets from any direction) standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 micro-amperes at 2.4 V in sleep-charging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. ---- Including cost of all materials, labours, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all lead and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRRB MS00-15. Road Delineators: Supply & Installation of Vertical Delineator having wide angle cube corner micro prismatic non metallic reflective sheeting confirming to Type XI of IRC 672012 with White and Red Color combination and having minimum of retro reflective exposed area of 125 Sq CM on top slots & 35 Sq CM on bottom slots and no edges shall be exposed for tampering. This tubular delineator shall have a core and shell construction, shell shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic outer body & the inner core shall consist of powder coated or painted Mild steel of minimum thickness 1.0mm.& core-shell structure shall be of height not less than 800 mm above the ground and width not less than 80 mm. The metallic core of the delineator shall extend 300mm beyond the shell length from bottom for installing in the ground. The extended portion of the metallic core having suitable slots to be fixed in M20 grade Cement Concrete of size 300X300X400 M M with suitable anchoring rods for enhancing the grip,as per IRC 79 Specifications. ---- Including cost of all materials, labours, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all lead and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge of the work.

Supply & Installation of Rigid Median Marker made of tough, high impact resistant, inJection-molded, thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, width and height not less than 15cm, 10cm and 10cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm, the body structure shall be rounded suitably. The plastic used for molding the Median Marker shall conform to ASTM D256. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The Median Marker shall have rectangular-shaped, fluorescent yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm*8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements as per IRC 67 2012. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be a one or both sides of the Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting. ---- Including cost of all materials, labours, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all lead and lifts etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing M.S. Hand railing for Balcony with 50mm dia. M.S. hollow pipe of 14 gauge, welded to 20mmx20mm M.S. square rod placed vertically, spaced at 100mm at regular intervals of 600mm. These vertical rods laterally tied to 3 horizontal rods spaced at equal interval. These assembly is fixed to concrete by using expansion bolts and welding the same to reinforcement bars and making good the surface. All the joints and sections hould be cut to length, welded and grinded wherever necessary etc., complete .
