Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement, dowel bars & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ( Vol.1, P.No.17,I.No.2.5.1) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.(p.no- 14) iteam no-6.8 ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge(p.no-41) i.no-8.1.1 ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonary including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge(p.no-41) iteam no-8.3.1 ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours shade, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete(p.no-61) iteam no-9.17.2 ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing Mathi/Nandi wood frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, ventilators and other frames, wrought, framed or assembled including making plaster groves (excluding cost of cement concrete and side clamps ), but including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications.(p.no-105) iteam no -12.5.1 ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing in position Mathi / Nandi wood fully panelled shutters for windows with stiles and rails of 25mm. thick, 75mm wide in two halves with panels of 20mm thick including cost of materials, labour charges, usage charges complete as per specifications. Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two coats applied on walls 1.25 ltr/10 m over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 m with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Vol.2, P.No.46, I.No.8.33.1) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge (P.NO-50) ITEAM NO-8.51 ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two coat applied 0.90 ltr/10 m over an under coat of primer applied 0.80 ltr/10 m of approved brand and manufacture including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge (Vol.2, P.No.47, I.No.8.33.3) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc (Vol.2, P.No.85, I.No.11.34B) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two coat applied 1.67 ltr/10 m over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Vol.2, P.No.46, I.No.8.30) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc.complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Vol.2, P.No.81, I.No.11.16.3) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

7.4 Providing & fixing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete as per design drawings. 7.4.1 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 ( v-2 p.no- 21 i.no-7.4) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing & fixing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete as per design drawings (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per the direction of Engineer in charge 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 (Vol.2, P.No.21, I.No.7.1.1) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-550 or more Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding and anchoring to adjacent members whereever necessary complete as per Design including cost of material, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (The laps and wastages shall not be measured separately) (Vol.2, P.No.84,I.No.11.32 ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (Vol.2, P.No.82, I.No.11.25.2) ---- including cost of all materials, labor ,HOM,l & UL, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.
