20.98 - Providing Mangalore Ridge tiles set in C.M. 1:2 and pointed with C.M. 1:2. ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

12.5 - Providing Jungle wood such as Nerale, Neem wrought and putup for purlins, common rafters and similar work including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

10.16 - Removing & Resetting - Removing & Resetting existing Heavy Duty Cobble/Interlocking stones/Pavers of thickness 60/75/80/100mm using Cement and 40mm thick sand bed ( average thickness ) and compacting with plate vibrator to achieve final desired compaction & setting of paver to its final level , including cost of materials, labour and usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. (The cost of new paver/stones required shall be added separately) ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

20.38 - Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 m² and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (For Roof and Water Tanks) ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

20.50 - Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour, material complete as per specifications. ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

8.33.1 - Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Two coats applied on walls @ 1.25 L/10 m² over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 L/10 m² with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The gloss should be 50% @ 60 degree angle with 10 years life) ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory rollerto achieve the desireddensity. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 406 ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

6.8.1 - Precast Cement Concrete Interlocking Blocks - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Cycle Tracks & Pedestrian Footpaths of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 30mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately if necessary as per relevant technical specification). Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - IRC SP 63:2018 ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

11.35.1.1 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in- charge. 12.13.1 - Providing Salwood frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows, ventilators and other frames, wrought, framed or assembled including making plaster groves (excluding cost of cement concrete and side clamps), but including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

12.21 - Providing and fixing in position fully panelled Matti/Nandi wood shutters for doors with , stiles and rails of 30mm. thick with bottom and lock rails 180mm wide top rail and stiles 100mm wide as per drawing and panels of 25mm thick including cost of materials, labour, usage charges complete as per specifications. (excluding cost of fixtures) ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

7.32.1 - Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 g/m2 (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturers specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS Certification marks only) ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

1.14.1 - Mechanical Means - Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means for all works & depth upto 3 m, as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, including dressing of excavated surfaces, disposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenaces required to complete the work. In all kinds of soils Depth upto 3 m ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

2.1.5 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. - Mix 1:2:4 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

ITEM NO 1103 - Vitrified floor tile 60X60 cm Item No.1103 Page No: A-42 SR of PWD for the year 2023-24 Continued for 2024-25 ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

6.40 - Precast Compound Wall. Providing and fixing factory made M20 grade Cement concrete Precast Boundary Compound Wall of Size 2100mm(L) x 300mm(B) x 50mm(D) with panel weight approximately 77kg and panels reinforced with 3 nos 6mm dia TMT Steel bars. The Columns shall be I section with size 150mm x 150mm x 2400mm reinforced with 7 Nos 6mm dia TMT Steel Bars & having groove width of 50mm. The gaps between the panels shall be packed with CM 1:4 and final surface between the panel and RCC post shall be finished using sealant of approved make etc. The columns shall be embedded firmly for a depth of 600mm depth filled with PCC grade concrete. The cost is inclusive of cost of loading, unloading charges, transportation & installation as per direction of engineer in charge. (Note: The cost of earthwork, PCC for foundation shall be paid seperately ---- including cost and conveyance of all materials all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of machinery and equipments, transportation charges labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical detailed specification and as per approved design and drawing and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.
