8.6.A.xi - Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs - Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67:2022 made of Class C Type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over the back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC:67:2022. - 60 mm x 50 mm rectangular. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 801 ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

8.8 - Direction and Place Identification Signs with size more than 0.9 m2 size Board. - Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC:67:2022 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or Aluminium composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4mm with area exceeding 0.9 m2 fixed over back support frame of min 40 x 40 x 5mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Ref to MoRT&H : IRC - 801 ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

8.45 - Providing Vertical Delineator having wide angle cube corner micro prismatic non metallic reflective sheeting confirming to Type XI of ASTM D4956 -09 with White Color and Red Color combination and having minimum of retro reflective exposed area of 125 Sq CM on top slots and 35 cm2 on bottom slots and no edges shall be exposed for tampering. This tubular delineator shall have a core and shell construction, shell shall be made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic outer body and the inner core shall consist of powder coated or painted Mild steel of minimum thickness 1.0mm.and core- shell structure shall be of height not less than 800 mm above the ground and width not less than 80 mm. The metallic core of the delineator shall extend 300mm beyond the shell length from bottom for installing in the ground. The extended portion shall have slots to insert anchoring rods for enhancing the concrete grip. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The engineering thermoplastic used for making the delineator body shall have minimum initial mechanical properties of be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting as per MoRTH specification 806. 8.43 - Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cats Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. As per 2022-23Approved Data Rate,Sl.No:19,Manglore - Providing and Application of Primer Coating on Concrete Surface or on Old Bituminous Roads before the application or Laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic Road Marking compound or Cold Paint as per the MORTH specification of Clause 803.4.1 to ensure proper bonding of compound which is applied by spraying technique, through a spraying machine, including the cost of all materials, lead and lift, labour etc.,. The finished surface shall be uniform and free from streaks and holes, complete as per the Engineer Incharge ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

As per 2022-23 Approved DataRate,Sl.No:18,Manglore - Providing and Application of Block and Facility Marking, Hazard Marking, Directional and Arrow Marking as per IRC: 35-2015 Clause 3.3 - 3.7 with approved quantity of Hot Applied Thermoplastic Material on Bituminous Road Surface which meets the MORTH specification of Clause 803.4.2.2 which is applied by a screed technique, where the Thermoplastic Compound applied is not less than 3mm in thickness, with the surface application of solid reflectorizing glass beads at 250 gms/sqm shall be applied simultanously to produce an adherent pavement marking including the cost of all materials, lead and lift, labour, transportation etc.,. The finished surface shall be uniform and free from streaks and holes, complete as per the specified drawing and Engineer Incharge ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

As per 2022-23 Approved DateRate,Sl.No:18,Manglore - Providing and Application of Transverse Bar Marking on Roads to reduce the speed of the vehicle and to warn the hazard ahead in advance as per IRC: 35-2015 Clause 11.2, with hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound which meets the MORTH specification of Clause 803.4.1 which is applied by a screed technique, where the Transverse Bar shall be formed in one continuous integral process, the screed applied is not less than 6mm in thickness and the spacing between the Bars shall be maintained at a distance of 600 mm from one Bar to another, following application of the line a surface application of solid reflectorizing glass beads at 250 gms/sqm shall be applied. The minimum and maximum width of Transverse Bar Marking shall be ristricted to 300mm whereas one set shall comprise of 6 No's of Transverse Bar including the cost of all materials, lead and lift, labour etc., . The finished surface shall be uniform and free from streaks and holes, complete as per the specified drawing and Engineer Incharge ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.

As per Approved Quotation Rate, Mangalore Circle - Providing and Application of Transparent ElectroCut Films which are overlaid and bonded with the Sheeting of Informatory and other Sign boards for lettering, figures, messages, borders and symbols etc as specified by the Retro-reflectorised sheeting manufacturer, the coefficient of reflection of the colored Film shall be maintained with the performance comparable to the same reflective sheeting as per the clause 6.8 of IRC:67-2022, complete including cost of Film/Vinyl, materials, labour etc ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery and equipment with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges, etc., complete as directed as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge of the work.
