KSRRB M400:Construction of granular sub-base Grading-V as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite/trap/basalt material, mixing by mix in place method by rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98 % proctor density, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges, and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. KSRRB M400-17. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting cushed stone aggregates of granite/trap/basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges, and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 406.

Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete for pavements using Grade concrete M30 over a prepared base with OPC, (coarse aggregate at 0.69 cum, fine aggregates at 0.46 cum,) Coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383-2016, with Superplastizer at 3 Its conforming to IS 9103-2008. Mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.6 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher as per approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the form work as per drawing). & Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrator and finished with floaters in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction of longitudinal joints,including groove cutting charges, joint filler, separation membrane of mpermeable plastic sheet of 125 micron, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to line and grade, textured with texturing machine, with OPC at 360 kg/cum and coarse aggregate 0.69cum, fine aggregate 0.46cum,including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges,curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.

Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures like culverts, retaining walls etc., as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling with approved material, disposal of balance earth as per specifications, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges,and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work, HOM etc. , complete. - -do- in all kinds of soil by mechanical means.

KSRRB M2900-1. Providing and laying Plain cement concrete M10 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration , including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges,curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.

K8RRB M2200-5.12. Providing and laying Design mix M25 with OPC @ 340kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.7cum and fine aggregates @ 0.47cum, with superplastisiser @31ts confirming to 189103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008- i) Upto 5m height,including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.

K8RRB M2200-5.9. Providing and laying Design mix M20 with OPC @ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @31ts confirming to 189103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges,labour charges,curing form works,scaffolding and centering and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.- i) Upto 5 m height.

KSRRB M2200-6. Providing T. M.T. steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work for sub-structure including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and/or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges,labour charges,and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.(laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) MORTH Specification No.1600 & 2200 - -do- TMT Bars Fe 500

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35xk0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.1OxO.1Ox2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 1Omm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia tirrups. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1 :3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of0.5 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineer incharge of the work. The cost includes excavation, bare cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges, labour, HOM etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete for side drains using M20 nominal mix concrete with OPC at 300 kgs. with 20mm and down size granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69 cum and fine aggregates at 0.43 cum machine mixed, well compacted for walls and bottom including centering, shuttering, excluding cost of steel as per MORTH specification No. 1500, 1700, 2200. including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. - -do- Wall & bottom thickness 15cm
