21.1 - Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground to nearest area. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.

8.19.1 - Providing Flush/ Ruled pointing: Pointing on stone work with cementmortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) after raking joints to depth nicely lining,including cost of materials, labour, curing as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.

2.7 - Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retainingwalls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete,wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead/ Dismantling Stone Masonry/By Manual means/Dismantling stone pitching/ dry stone spalls ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.

2.4.3 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all otherappurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications.M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.

2.4.1 - Drilling 50 mm dia. holes vertical or inclined upto 10 degrees to vertical in rock / masonry / concrete by percussion drilling method using waggon drill or any other suitable equipment including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, redrilling through partially set grout wherever required and all other ancillary operations complete.Upto 6 m from surfac ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.

2.5 - Flushing grout holes of all sizes with water and air jets alternativelyfor an average period of 30 minutes and observing water intake after flushing including cost of all materials, machinery, labour and all other ancillary operations complete. ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.

2.6.1 - Grouting with neat cement grout mix of suitable consistency under specified grout pressure as directed in drilled holes by stage grouting method including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, redrilling if necessary and all other ancillary operations complete.Consolidation grouting ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.

8.74.1 - Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two coat applied @ 1.67 l/ 10 m²) on existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.
