The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. - Mix 1:3:6 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

9.9 - Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/m2 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

9.17.2 - Providing and laying Vitrified tiles with thickness 9-10 mm in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

19.12.1 - Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shut- ter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Of area 3 m² and below ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

9.39 - Providing skirting, dadooing, rises of steps with colour glazed tiles 6mm thick on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry over existing rough plaster surface using glazed tiles of approved make and size including cost of materials, labour, complete as per specifications. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

11.5.2 - Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

11.11.1 - Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment). Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

19.7.1 - Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stack- ing of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

8.3.1 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per direc- tions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

8.1 - Providing 6 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on concrete surface / ceilings including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note : For dry areas, External plastering shall be 15 mm thick & Internal plastering shall be 12 mm. For heavy rainfall areas, External plastering shall be 18 mm thick & Internal plastering shall be 15 mm. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

8.4 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

8.64 - Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

8.63 - Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

8.75.2 - Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (one coats applied @ 0.83 l/10 m²) including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt,dust and foreign matter , cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. ---- with all leads and lifts cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of labour, curing, hire charges of machinery equipment, transportation charges, loading and unloading charges and all other incidental charges complete as per standard technical detailed specification and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work

11.3.3 - Supplying of feet -PVC Batten with integrated LED tube . W with high quality diffuser with Life of 25000 burning hours & 70% lumen maintenance with CRI 80.
